Lost skier-no care offered.

Last week, one of our beginner skiers became detached from his group of just 4 and was lost on the mountain for 2 hours. He was frightened and disorientated by the time we found him.. No attempt was made by his instructor to contact either him, or his family. Shameful. they are not interested in offering either an explanation, an apology or refund for the lost lesson.
During half term week they cram the lessons, and its virtually impossible to get to the start time of 9am with the lifts being so busy.
Avoid them. Find an independent company by booking early.
