Moshiaprimemove facilitated the clearance of my nans house. The staff were efficient and very polite. All of the furniture was moved securely and I was extremely happy with the service provided. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again in the future should I need any further removals.

I recently used Moshia Prime Move for my move and honestly they were great. The team was super efficient and got everything done way quicker than I expected, but without rushing or being careless. They handled all my stuff properly and made sure nothing was damaged, which I really appreciated. They have taken a wardrobe from my property and hit and broken my units but didn’t get any responsibility. What they are saying is is it not their issue. They have broken the unit .
I didn’t book it myself . I was giving away my wardrobe and buyer arranged collection and your team came for collection. If you want I can share which plate number Van came and who came so you can see who they are . They were wearing your company shirts. (The £5 you mentioned is the difference between the £35 price of the wardrobe and your £30 payment. Although the damaged unit could easily be moved, they tried to move it through the wardrobe without removing it. They tried to move the entire wardrobe instead of disassembling it, due to lack of foresight. I was informed it will be dismantle before move by your team. All the unit doors were damaged. I didn't even want to waste my time writing this review, but your team's rude and indifferent attitude was very unpleasant. I don't have any your record . )

We take feedback seriously. However, after reviewing this matter with our team, we would like to clarify the situation.
This booking was arranged by our customer (the buyer of the wardrobe), who is a repeat client of ours and was satisfied with the service provided. The wardrobe was delivered without any issues or complaints.
Our team has advised that access to your property was limited, with no clear space prepared for safe removal of the item. Despite this, they carried out the collection as best as possible under the circumstances. It was also reported that they were rushed during the job and recorded while working.
Please note that our customers’ belongings are protected under our insurance policy when bookings are made directly with us.
Regarding the concern raised, a £5 payment was made on-site. This was both a goodwill gesture and the amount you requested and accepted at the time to resolve the matter.
Based on the above, we consider this matter closed.

To clarify, we are a collection service, we do not purchase items or make payments for them. Any claims regarding payment or pricing are not related to our service and should be directed to your own customer, who booked and has used our services multiple times.
No dismantling service was requested or included in the booking by our customer, you was not our customer. The suggestion that this was agreed is not consistent with the truth as we have never spoken to you prior to collecting the item purchased by our customer.
We also note that your review has now been edited a total of three times, with new claims being introduced after each of our responses. The account of events has changed significantly throughout.
Given these inconsistencies, we will not be engaging in an ongoing exchange on shifting statements.
If the actual customer who made the booking has any concerns, we remain available to resolve them directly.
At this stage, we consider the matter closed.
Absolutely amazing!!!! I could not recommend Moshia Prime Move enough - from the initial call to quote, coordinating the details, timings and most importantly- an amazing service!
They moved everything efficiently, with care, quickly, working extremely hard. We had a couple of pieces of furniture that required a lot of attention to detail and knowledge to dismantle and put together once moved - again all done with perfection, quickly, and professionally.
The move was easy and made a million times stress-less because of Tashan & his team.
On top of that- you cannot beat the competitive price!
