Terrible Still Waiting for a refund
My event was cancelled over 3 months ago and I am still waiting for my refund. The insist that the refund has been processed however when I supplied them with bank statements as evidence no funds have been received they stopped replying.

Tried purchasing tickets at 9am for presale tickets and took 15 minutes to get onto moshtix as kept saying closed on tickets and then went to a message saying paused use another device. Tried on 3 different devices and same problem. Then 15 minutes later it worked. Extremely frustrating.
