I purchased a pair of boots and when they arrived they were so lovely I ordered another pair in a different colour......I was also lucky enough to get both pairs in the spring sale.

Very indulgent I know but they were made of such good quality leather, beautiful colours and a perfect fit - whats not to love!!

Good products

The slippers I ordered weren’t suitable so I returned and asked for a replacement. Today received an email giving me a refund and explaining they couldn’t complete the exchange due to the popularity of the exchange product. Having checked that they are still available I phoned and was told there is no way they can ask me to pay the difference, a few pounds so best to give me a refund. Doubt I will shop from Moshulu again

Had an issue with a pair of short wellies and customer services couldn’t have been more helpful. A full 5 stars for this!!

I had never heard of Moshulu until a friend sent me a discount offer for my first purchase. It had a great range of footwear. I ordered a pair of nubuck boots. It arrived after only 2 days, perfectly packed in a beautiful box ( I know thats only cosmetic but was still impressive!) The boots were top class. It was a sale but I still got an amazing bargain. I dont normally write reviews, let alone rave reviews but these were the most comfortable boots I have ever had. I walked all around town and didn't want to take them offwhen I got home! I have dropped arches and arthritis in both feet so to me, this was pure heaven! Thank you Moshulu!

I find what I need each time I visit Moshulu at Sherborne, Dorset. It's a tiny store but their displays are clever and they produce fabulous shoes and boots from the back of the shop as if by magic. Really helpful and knowledgeable staff. Prompt deliveries and communications if they have needed to order for me.

I love these products, well made, good fittings.

I'm a big fan of Moshulu boots and shoes. I'd hoped that spending so much more on a pair of slippers meant they would last longer than my usual slippers that cost less than half the price. Simple answer is no. One slipper is in ok condition, the other has a hole forming in the toe and the side stitching is coming apart after less than 4 months wear. Disappointing.

Absolutely gorgeous boots, easy ordering on their website, fast delivery, friendly contact and nice little touches in their packaging and products. I'm super happy.

Excellent quality handbag
On Wednesday 26 Nov 2025 I ordered a belowda zinfandel handbag. It arrived today. I love the quality of the leather, the design, size and colour. It's a dark red.

The package included a paid return label so there's no charge for returns, not that I'll be returning it.

I went into the shop at Trentham on 16th Nov 25 and was served by Hannan, the shop was busy but she was very calm brought me a lot of shoes/boots to try which is what I wanted and at the same time helped other customers.
I never felt as if I was kept waiting and she helped me selected the best boots for me.
Well done Hannah ! I always find the staff either on the helpline or at Trentham really helpful and patient.

I went into your Ringwood Branch, the ladies their went over and beyond, I explained to them that my daughter was getting marred and that I really had swollen feet, and that my mother of the bride shoes wouldn't, I need a pink pair of slippers, they ordered in 3 pairs of slipper and also ordered in a pink pair of shoes, The pink shoes and one of the slippers were the exact colour of my dress and Hat,

Well-made, comfortable footwear.

I have worn their black brogues for work for nearly two years now. Same pair. So incredibly comfortable - definitely the most comfortable brogues I’ve ever worn. In my top 5 most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn. Received many compliments on them even though they’re obviously a classic design, which was a nice surprise!

The detailing is incredible. I love the accent stitching and the quality of the fabric, and all the other materials used in the shoe (idk I’m not a shoe maker but it’s all 10/10).

I would buy again, and advise all my friends to buy. Well worth the price. Thank you!

I ordered 3 pairs of sandals. All came back a little big so I wanted 2 of them in a smaller size. I returned and asked for 2 to be exchanged but noticed a possible 2 week wait. I emailed customer services explaining I needed them sooner for a holiday. Within 24 hours I had first a lovely email back saying she'd look into it then another saying all sorted and they were on their way. AMAZING customer service and they did arrive within a couple of days.
Very unusual and felt the customer service person, Vicky went out of her way to help quickly.

The 2 shop assistants at Moshulu in Sidmouth today we're so incredibly helpful and I received the best customer service for a very long time in any retail environment. Thankyou Charlie and Nikki.

Comfy footbed sandals. Exceptional customer service.

Absolutely superb! My parcel arrived the next day via Royal Mail. The suede mules are lovely, great colour & comfortable & beautifully packaged.
