First I accidentally order the wrong part but still would have returned the item, Rear Luggage Rack Miata. No description to it being made in CHINA. ( Will Definitely Rust) Filled out the return and p... See more

Their shipping prices are ridiculous
Their shipping prices are ridiculous. I have purchased a few products from them and the shipping for a $20 part that is small and plastic was $24. They claimed it's because I live in Hawaii. I ship items back to the mainland and it doesn't come close to $24.

I was charged almost 10% "sales tax" on an order shipped to Florida. The company's site states clearly "By law Moss Motors must collect sales tax for orders shipping to California and Virginia."
This is on top of many parts poorly made in non-US or UK countries.
4 email contacts to the company, NO response at all. As others have said - horrible customer service. Their business philosophy must be "We have it, you need it, deal with it".
Worst customer service ever.

Poor Customer Service
Poor customer service. After spending nearly 30k on a resto project, was refused return of one, and purchase of another, more expensive metal part, because I was past “official“ return time period. Was informed by “sales manager of 25 years” that he didn’t have authority to okay the return. That alone says a lot about their customer service commitment . I’ll source parts elsewhere. They have lost an excellent customer.
Moss has a terrible customer service
Moss has a terrible customer service, I recently bought a new rack and pinion for my 80 mgb and when I opened the box the part was defective and unsafe to install I called and explained the problem expecting to get a return label and they have been giving me the run around and no return label, they have no concern for customers safety or satisfaction. They are a terrible company and I suggest never doing business with them...they suck...go to amazon or rock auto..
A pleasure to deal with Albert Moss
For the first time in my life I bought a car unseen wholly online. My experience was entirely positive. I can strongly recommend Moss Motors. I have a brilliant car at a fair price and the whole process was seamlessly managed by Albert Moss, including arranging for a half way handover as I live about 300 miles from Congleton.
great service from Albert and his crew
great service from Albert and his crew. It was very reassuring to deal with such lovely, honest people who were in no way pushy. Albert was a true gent and very patient in answering my many questions. My purchase was well priced and I would certainly recommend Moss Motors
