I placed my first order and received it the next day, that was surprisingly fast. When i order from other stores, it can take weeks so that made me happy. There is nothing bad to say, the palm plushies are soft and great quality and i can't wait to test out the lucky cat car freshener! Thank you

Such a good site if your planning on making a gift or if you want to buy a gift for someone in my case I bought a gift for my girlfriend and she loved it the plushie is in perfect conditions and its so adorable plus it arrived so quick it js took 2 days to deliver the experience was awesome and I recommend this site to everyone!!

We ordered some stuff on my birthday, and they we're cute and all, but after they arrived I was disappointed, noticing that 1 of the plushies was deformed, after 1 month of having them, they already started ripping and had just bad quality overall, very disappointed, but my parents said it was too much to write a review, because it wasn't worth it, so I'm doing it now, to display my still frustration about this happening, won't be ordering again because of the bad quality.

I got scammed on the japan markt in Leiden. I bought a note book 7 euro, bag with snacks 10 she said, and sanrio moon lamp 12. I payed 31, instead of 29… i noticed after. It was cute for the rest on but i dont get why she charged me more 😢

Because their respond is rude I make it lower. First off i dont have a reset from u to send anything to u. I am 100% sure it was 12 on the stand, so yes I did get scammed, because the 14 was crossed and it said 12 :)

Great products, though the box got a little smooshed during delivery but that's not on them. Products inside arrived safe and sound.

This is the right place for those with a knack for Japanese sweets. For me it was the last opportunity to source the beloved Sakuma drops as the manufacturer has unfortunately closed its doors. Shipping to Germany only took 4 days and opening the package gave me a warm, grateful feeling. I wish them well and lots of happy costumers.

I've ordered from MostCutest for the third time now and I must say that I'm really happy with their service and fast delivery. The quality of products and the amazing amount of things to pick from in this shop is great.
I myself especially love the different types of surprise bags and boxes Marjet sells.

I ordered a package and the goods got damaged in transport, ruining the package. The delivery company contacted mostcutest and returned the package to the seller. This caused a delay of 1 month and counting, since the package they re-sent still isn't here.

After contacting me saying they re-sent the package, I asked if there could be any compensation for the hilarious delay. The reply I received was basically "Not our fault, so no :), be grateful we repackaged your order"

So they now lost a customer and some nice word of mouth was spread around

I really love MostCutest.nl. It is my first order there and I'm so in love with everything this cute online shop offers.
The delivery is super fast and I was so amazed by how lovely the parcel was packed.

I also had contact with the customer support (Marjet). She was so cute and more than helpful. She really did her best and everything to solve and let me more than happy. Really the best customer support I have ever experienced.

Ordered a rather large order as a gift for a friend. Website started acting up and I got into quite the e-mail drama regarding some different things. But everything was quickly resolved over a couple of days, thanks to the help of the great staff & customer service the website employs, going above and beyond. Honestly can't thank them enough,
