NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

If I could give 0 stars I would, I had placed an order for a dress and paid £11 for next day delivery for it to come ontime, I had no emails till today this order has still nto arrived, It was to arrive last tuesday.. which was over 8 days (5 working days) ago. I have emailed 5x via email twice on instagram and now raised a bigger dispute with the bank to get my money back.I am very angry with the way this company has complete scammed me.

We apologise again as this issue was caused by the high traffic from our black friday sale causing our system to crash and then back logging all order requests. We have raised this with platform provider and escalated it to their complaints department as we hold ourselves to high standard. We had issued you a refund after we emailed to inform you of this and to check if you still wanted us to send the dress out. We are a small business and we love to design clothing and see our customers happy wearing it- the last thing we want is an issue like this- we hope in the future you do not experience this.

Love my new gorgeous clothes

I treated myself in the Black Friday sale and LOVE my new clothes - they are soo cute! I have ordered from Most New a few times now, each time I have been really impressed with how gorgeous the clothes are. They are so cute and unique and I get compliments each time I wear something that I've ordered from them. The postage is really quick too which is always a plus. I really recommend shopping here!
