Order not received 8 days after scheduled delivery date
I placed an order for motorcycle engine oil from Motardinn (Order #63367666), and the estimated delivery date was 12–13 November. Today is the 21st, and I still haven’t received my order nor have I been given any proper update.
I contacted customer service, and all they kept saying was that the delivery date was “just an estimate.” Yes, it was an estimate an estimate YOU provided, between 12–13 November, not sometime between November and next year. An “estimate” doesn’t mean the company has no responsibility to meet it.
I also reminded them that it’s their duty as the provider to ensure the package is delivered on time. Instead of taking responsibility, they simply told me to “check the tracking number,” which obviously doesn’t make the parcel arrive any faster. Completely unhelpful.
I even received an email saying the package would be delivered on 19 November, and unsurprisingly nothing arrived.
We are now 8 days past the delivery window, and I’ve been kept off the road because of this delay. At this point, I should honestly receive the order for free.
Please stay away from this company. Even if the issue is with their delivery partner, Motardinn is responsible for choosing them and ensuring customers receive their orders on time. They make no effort to fix the situation or keep customers satisfied.

The product was delivered 2 days before the given day. Everything was as described and also is the cheapest I found. Delivery fees could be lower but not unreasonable.
