EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE. I placed my order on 2 April and the product page stated an estimated delivery date of 7 April. The confirmation email then said 7–8 April, which was odd but not a big deal at first. After that date passed, I received an update saying the delivery date was now around the 14th. The 14th passed again, and then it was pushed back to around the 20th. A few days later, I checked my account and suddenly it said that the new delivery date was 21–27 April. But the worst thing of all is: the product page appears to state a faster delivery date than they can actually deliver, because when I go to the same product now, it says that the product will be delivered on 21–22 April (I ordered 2 Weeks ago). Seems like there is a pattern. I think this is outrageous and misleads the consumer. I will definitely never order from here again.

Great price and great service
I purchased some Alpinestars Acteon pants from Motardinn which were the cheapest price I could find online. The service was great, they communicated clearly and promptly throughout and considering I’m in the UK the delivery was quick with no taxes or import duties to pay on top. Would definitely use these guys again.

Charged twice - sent duplicate orders
I appeared to have ordered and got charged for the same product twice from two different names of motardinn (Dressinn and Motardinn) although I’ve never been on dressinn website. I thought I’d just return one item but they require you to use a specific company to return the item. The cost of that (£11.99 - nonrefundable) was nearly half the price of the product I ordered (£25.98). So I’ve kept both although I don’t need both. Not a great experience.
