I ordered a top for my 20 year old…
I ordered a top for my 20 year old granddaughter, who wears a small size. As promised, the top arrived quickly. The top itself is so small I think it would be too tight on a 12 year old. However, I am struggling to find out where I can return it for a refund. I have now sent 2 emails to ask for instructions and both have been ignored. I do not want to end up with something that is not wanted. I just want my money back.

Jeans were very good material however…
Jeans were very good material however the sizing is completely off. I ordered a size up and they were smaller than my previous ones the size below. Have re ordered as love the shape of jean just be careful with the mismatched sizing.

bought two tops and a dress and returned the two tops, there was nothing wrong with them i had only tried them on for a few seconds so i sent them back and they were sent back to me without a refund! this is such a pain because now i have no use for these tops and i want my money back!

didn’t receive the dress and they only told us about the refund after 8 days when they said that the dress was going to arrive from 2-5 days. We still had to pay the delivery fee. We also called them multiple times without an answer.

Perfect jeans if the sizing is accurate, low quality
Jeans are really nice, but the sizing is so hit or miss. Sometimes a L34 fits perfectly and other times its HUGE
Also, £60 for jeans is quite a lot for not a lot of quality, ive had black parallel motel jeans that have completely frayed at the seam, and the dye completely washed out of my darker blue jeans within a few months.

This store is so awful!
This store is SO terrible. My order had delivery issues and was delayed for weeks. I sent emails and tickets so many times and have never gotten a response at all. The item arrived after the weekend I needed it so now I need to return but the fee is $30. I shouldnt have to pay a return fee for an item I didn't get to use just because they shipping was so much more delayed than the timelines promised on their website. I also cant get in touch with anyone to discuss the issue.
This place is just so awful and upsetting that they just ghost their customers.
