Missing item quickly dispatched

I am struggling without full…
I am struggling without full instructions. None at all were sent with the Traps. I also bought the spray & the powder. There is no indication when each should be used - or if they are used together or completely separately. Confusion

Long standing use of moth control strips
i live in an old house and have had a battle with moths ever since I inherited some bookcases from my parents after they died nearly 20 years ago.
I have used the sticky strips for many years and find them the best way to control the moths, as well as a lot of hoovering and checking in dark corners.
I also hang my clothes in brightly lit areas, on rails, and not in cupboards.
