Written by the company

Mothermind helps organisations support employees through fertility, pregnancy, loss, and parenthood. Becoming a parent changes everything. Yet many people feel unsupported at work during fertility treatment, pregnancy, baby loss, parental leave, and the return that follows. We close the gap between clinical knowledge and workplace practice. Our support is built with input from registered healthcare professionals and grounded in evidence. We work with employers, managers, and HR teams to build confidence in supporting their people through these moments, including fathers and partners, not only mothers. This is not a compliance exercise. We give organisations practical tools to create psychologically safe, inclusive workplaces where people stay, grow, and do their best work. Family wellbeing belongs in everyday workplace culture. Whether you run a small team or a large organisation, we help you support your people with empathy and evidence-based best practice. Every review helps. Your feedback shapes how we improve, and it helps other organisations find a better way to support working parents and families.

Signed up because it never felt like my…

Signed up because it never felt like my place to ask if someone was going through fertility treatment or a miscarriage, but I still wanted to support them. We're small, no proper HR. But now, people have somewhere to go that isn't me guessing. Didn't expect it to cover partners but one of the dads on our team said it was the first time work had acknowledged he was going through it too. Would recommend to any small business.

Genuinely useful, not a box-ticking exercise

Young team, so pregnancy and new parenthood come up more than you'd think for our size. We never had a real answer beyond pointing people at the NHS.
What sold me was that it covers everything which most workplaces just avoid. Setup was easy, nobody needed training to get it, and the price actually works for a business our size. The team feel looked after, and that shows up how they talk about us as employers
