Really surprised by the excellent level of service provided by this small family run business. On my reordering their excellent trio of supplements I was personally emailed an advice that they were awaiting stock and kept up to date with progress.

I'm a big fan. My whoop data universally loves it, and gives me a thoroughly non-scientific/clinically proven 10%+ boost to my recovery. Time to get on the power up next! 💪

This is a good product, It helps with my sleep problems. The customer service is great.

Their customer service is really awful.

Muddled subscriptions, wrong amount sent, no-one seems to know what is happening. I know the company was recently taken over but teething problems shouldn't go on for this long! My December order was wrong, then corrected so I was happy, but now the next scheduled delivery has failed. I am not happy, especially as I paid in advance. The product, in my case UNPLUG is great, that is if you can get it delivered.
It was always a bit haphazard, but then there used to be a working customer service number. Even that does not work now.

The Unplug supplement is a god send. It give me a much-needed good night's sleep.

Joe really knows the science and their website is a fantastic resource. I have found all their products to be of the highest grade. I have subscribed for over a year and expect to keep going because Motion Unplug really does help me a lot.

Apparently Motion was bought by another company that immediately decided to make a good thing a bad thing. Shipping is now extremely unreliable, have yet to receive one out of two orders six weeks later. If you live outside the uk you will now pay import fees. Even though motion is stating on their Facebook shipping is free and without import fees. So basically it's more expensive and the whole experience worse. I miss the old Motion who had great customer service and was super reliable.

I wouldn’t be without Balance and Unplug. After 18 months using them daily, I can really tell the difference in my anxiety / stress levels and I now drift off quickly and sleep all night. Customer service is second to none as well, super friendly and helpful.

They don’t help with changing my length of sleep however they do help with not feeling anxious.

Seems to.work well n easy to take n on the stomach

Had quite a bit of trouble with my local customs service while importing my last shipment, due to some silly local legislation.
The helpfulness, responsiveness and general proactive attitude of the Motion staff helping me solve the situation was truly exemplary!

These night-time Power Down supplements are incredible. I don't actually have problems with sleeping- I bought them for someone else who does, but I tried them and they helped me to have deeper, more refreshing sleep & I wake up feeling amazing, so I now take them for these benefits as well. I have tried various things in the past when I have had trouble sleeping: valerian etc but this supplement is by far the best.

I’ve been using these products for over a year now and I must admit they really work for me! I have 3 of the tablet ranges and the collagen powder.

I’ve been taking Unplug for nearly 3 years now. My sleep has improved considerably - feel rested and more awake each morning.
I was nearly out of capsules and delayed ordering just before Christmas much to my regret. Because of the Postal workers strike and the extended bank holiday weekend it took 2 weeks for my order to arrive. In that time I had a few broken nights sleep.
In no way am I blaming Motion for this just my own lack of organisation!

I used to like their products, but since I ordered a “3 months package” my experience with them is very negative.
For my first package I didn’t receive the ordered amount of protein, and my second package never arrived.
Lost a lot of money and customer service simply stopped answering or they play fool, like I have an issue with the price, not the fact that I never received what I have paid for.
Super disappointed.

Really excellent customer service would highly recommend this company. I have been taking Unplug for a month and although I haven’t seen a huge improvement in amount of sleep I’m getting I am feeling less tired in the mornings.

I used these tablets to help me sleep once before,around 4 years ago..I didn't expect much,but was blown away that they actually worked like a charm.I'm disabled and have some awful health conditions,so more often than not really struggle to sleep,but these worked so well,only thing is until I got used to them,I did feel groggy on the mornings afterwards.I give them 5 stars because they work amazingly,they do not react with any of my medication,and although they are worth the price,I am on a low income so cannot afford £23 every month on myself especially at this particular time when the price of living is so expensive.I would love to try their power up tablets after taking these sleeping tablets to see if they stop the groggyness the day after.Would also love to try the hormone ones,as ive had a full hystorectomy and they will not give me HRT,so my hormones are totally out of sorts.If theyre like the sleeping tablets,they should all be good.
