Absolutely awful customer service, sorry NO customer service

Absolutely awful customer service, in fact no customer service at all!!! Stay clear. There AI robot was the worse and most unhelpful robot EVER, no email or number to call. Simple thing like setting up account once purchased email was impossible as there account setup never sends a one time code, tried 20-30 times over 2 days in case they were having issues but never got a code so cancelled insurance, using their so called AI robot. DO NOT USE THEM and comparison sites should remove them
