Bought the windshield for my burgman…

Bought the ermax sport windshield for my burgman 650 ‘16 less than 3 y ago, now it started developing cracks.. one major is in the corner then few micro cracks around mounting areas, made in France??? Chinese 💩💩💩💩💩 only sticker indicates France, far from eu quality!!!
My bike has 7k on the clock, always kept out of the sun, it’s garaged all the time!!! Never dropped anything on it, never rode it off road!!
Very disappointed with the quality!!!!!

Bogus company with bogus uk number and email address!!
Guys be careful because they are not transparent!! Twisted way of selling staff, gone from eBay biggest market in the world, that means something!! See reply!! Tighten too hard???its comes in between plates!! Amatures both Ermax and Motoblouz!! No surprise!!

Slow Delivery

I can only comment on my own experience but I ordered 2 x Michelin Pilot Road 4 tyres on March 3rd. Rear tyre was out of stock but delivery date when ordering was 17th March which was acceptable. Date quickly moved to "around" 30th March on one email, to another email confirming expected delivery date 6th April. Eventually arrived today 8th April. Price was best I could find (Oponeo was 2nd) I have a big trip soon and thought I was going to have to order more tyres locally at any cost and return these. Arrived in the nick of time but too much hassle. Great prices, Very fast email response from "Antoine" but I would avoid Motoblouz if they do not have tyres in stock unless you are in no rush. My current tyre is bald and punctured so the delay cost me over one month's insurance, one month MOT, one month of tax,and one month of fun !! The saving on the tyres has been lost.

Shipping took how long?

I bought a tyre from these guys and they took like 10 days to ship. If there was a problem, they didn't tell me, so I guess this is just how they roll. I won't be using these guys again.

Dreadful experience, the tyre I ordered did not arrive and it was not till I chased it that I was told my address was too long for their labels. They then told me that the tyre would arrive the following day, it did not. I was forced to request a refund. Would never use them again.

It is all very well apologising but nearly a month on I still have to order a tyre from elsewhere. You failed to keep me informed of problems and I had to chase you all the way. You have offered me a very poor service.

You bought a tyre which was not in stock (you have this information on the website and the email which was sent to your email box to confirm your order).

Your tyre Michelin arrived on time from Michelin factory the 29th of March and was dispatched, like predicted, the same day.

The delivery was predicted for the 5th of April.

After few investigations with the transporter Hermes your parcel has been sent back to the sender for "address problem".
