Absolute disgrace, I bought there BT Moto handheld flasher for £700 - £800 and it’s basically lying dormant because the Tune supplied for my 2023 KTM Superduke 1290r (600miles on clock) was unusable, After flashing the ecu the near new bike was glowing red headers with no load at all, When I contacted they basically said to take the bike out and give it a good hammering, Bare in mind this was my new £16k bike with just 600miles on clock, After a few back and forth emails I thought dam it and flashed it back to my original map and took it to my local KTM dealer and had them install the Akrapovic tune and guess what YES the bike is now running perfect so thanks SHIRLAWS,
I would have never wrote this bad review if they had taken back the handset and reimbursed me in some way,
SO GUYS ALL I CAN SAY IS STAY WELL CLEAR IF YOU PLAN TO FLASH YOUR SUPERDUKE WITH THIS BTMOTO JUNK

It's been 3 months now - no order, no refund, no contact with the store. Avoid!

Ordered a Dynojet PV3 for what appeared to be a decent price. I had issues with installing the item. The backup and support received from Motobull was very poor and little effort has been made to provide an acceptable solution to the problem.
I'd suggest spending your money elsewhere, or doing without the item totally if this retailer is the only option.

Absolutely superb service. Ordered some parts from USA company btmoto via Chris @ motobull.co.uk and after the shipping etc. they duly arrived to put on my S1000RR. Top man, excellent work. Thank you.
