ordered online wasnt asked to set up an account just pay through paypal ,item wrong , only way to return is to log into the account it didnt ask us to set up ! have now set up an account but no orders showing as order was made before account set up , ignored all emails so now having to hope paypal will help , item is wrong size , they did send one reply stating log into your account , if we could we would thats what we are trying to tell you !, we sent several emails directly all ignored they only replied via paypal when we opened a case , all i want is to send an item back that is not as advertised and get a refund , even logging onto their website it keeps saying not a secure server we would not recommend you continuing , i would happily change this to a positive if they would only get in touch , im thinking maybe they ignore you until the 14 days have passed then state its too late to return
