I received the bike so I gave them 2 stars but to pay for “pro” assembly is ridiculous! The carburetor wasn’t touched, the chain had to have 2 links cut out due to the adjustments being maxed upon arr... See more

I purchased a Trailmaster T125U Rancher…
I purchased a Trailmaster T125U Rancher style, ATV 125cc in November of 23. A great looking quad that my little boy loved until the spindle bolt came out while he was driving and made him flip. Thank God, he wasn't hurt. After realizing it wasn't his mistake of controlling it, I looked at the quad and noticed nothing was broke on the suspension and searched all over for the bolt and even found the nut. And sure enough the threads stripped out causing the lock nut to slip and the bolt to come out. Once the spindle lost the connection, it fell and caught ground and the rest is history. Again, thank God he wasn't hurt.
Charlie, the very stern and extremely unfriendly customer service yep informed me that it was my duty to check all bolts and nuts on this unit and had no care in the world about the situation or my son but just knew that it was now wrecked and damaged and now voided on the warranty.
I own Honda and Kawasaki products. Unfortunately they don't provide a decent child size unit with these features and the big names are 3 times as much and they don't even have headlights or reverse on of them! But i docheck the chain and the oil drain and shocks and items such as that, but never in a million years would think to check the Chinese spindle bolt and nuts. Just insane to think they sell these for thousands of dollars by using the cheapest parts possible.
I just can't believe this company doesn't care, truly, about the safety of their customers. Just blows me away.
So I'm gonna go to Ace Hardware and purchase grade 8 bolts and put it back together and update it now that I have to warranty to worry about...all in all, it's a great little quad that just needs a little push to be safe and incredible. Just be careful and swap out the front spindle bolts asap. If he would have hit something or been on massive bumpy terrain, I'd totally understand because it would be neglect. This had 5 hours, maybe max on it...and it could have seriously hurt my kid or much worse.

Trike scooter (Icebear Maddog) 150cc
I ordered a Trike scooter (Icebear Maddog 150cc). Packaged very well. Shipped fast! My two concerns: (1) NO assembly instructions. Did my best and believe I got everything right. (2) NO customer support. They offer email, however did not address my concerns. Instead, scheduled an appointment to contact me 2 1/2 weeks from email response?!? I like the Trike okay (tires are super cheap) however the customer service is terrible since you CANNOT talk to anyone. Leave a message, that they never return or email. If Motobuys had ANY customer service, I believe they would be a top-rated company. Hopefully, they will correct this in the immediate future.

price
The best thing about motobuys is the price. I ordered a gokart for my son a few years ago. It was decent, had a few minor annoying issues, but he got about 3 years of use out of it. I recently bought him a 125cc ATV which has had a good amount of issues. The rear light fell off in the first day of use. The vibration loosened up the bolts and they fall off into the woods somewhere.
After about 3 weeks of use it wouldn't start up. I swapped out the battery and called tech support when that didn't work. I told them it sounded like the starter or solenoid was bad. They insisted the new battery I bought was bad and sent me a new one.
I felt bad my son was without his new ATV so I ordered a new starter / solenoid kit on amazon and it started right up.
Now the bolts that hold the plastic body together (factory installed) are falling off. I keep finding them in the yard and driveway around the house.
The price is great but the quality will be disappointing if you're not prepared to deal with small defects or spend time troubleshooting. The good news is that parts are readily available on amazon and are pretty cheap.

Left a mom in tears two weeks before…
Left a mom in tears two weeks before Christmas. I would not recommend this site to anyone. I purchased a go kart for my son for a Christmas present on 12/3/23 thinking I was ordering it well in advance for Christmas. I called them a couple days later to ask if they could ship to my parents house so it didn’t arrive at our house and spoil the surprise. I was told they needed to contact the shipping department. I didn’t hear back for three days and it was via email to tell me it would cost me an extra $100 to ship to Montana, regardless of the address. While their website list processing time of this product at 3-5 days, we are now at day 5 and I am just hearing I owe an extra $100. I tried calling on Friday and Saturday to pay the extra $100 and after multiple attempts got someone live and asked if I could just pay the $100 because I was getting nervous about it arriving in time for Christmas. After being put on hold, the gentleman came back and told me the shipping department could not guarantee my item would arrive in time for Christmas and I should just cancel my order. I pushed back on the person and told them I needed another option and given their website listed 3-5 days processing, which we were now beyond, I expect them to find something to make it work and get it to me in time, otherwise they were ruining our Christmas and leaving me in a spot where I have to scramble to find an alternate one in 2 weeks. I asked to speak to a supervisor and another person came on the line to tell me I was rude to the first person and they were cancelling my order and hung up on me. I imagine they will respond to this review and comment that I was being rude, but I did not use any profanity and they mistook a desperate mom trying to make things work for Christmas as a rude customer. Unfortunately, I missed reading some of the other reviews on this site about their poor customer service and wish I had. Now I am left trying to figure out how to find a Christmas present for my son with very little time left.

I absolutely love the UTV I got
I absolutely love the UTV I got. The website was very nice and clear on all the models info and capabilies. Updates on delivery date and shipping took a little while but when I called they assured me of when I'd get the info and I did. I ordered my UTV to be 80% assembled because it the cheapest way and I'm a mechanic and capable of do it. It would have been real helpful to have some kind of instructions or even some diagrams on the assembly. I couldn't find anything anywhere on the exact way things went. I had to look at the pics on the website to see. I had a carberator issue with first carb. but they immediately sent me a new one and it works great. I took it for the first trail ride and it handled anything with ease. Thanks Guys!

Constructive Feedback on Customer Interaction
While I received my order as expected, and the product was in great condition, the lack of proactive communication from Motobuys during the delivery process was noticeable. Customers would greatly benefit from more frequent updates regarding their order status and estimated delivery times to manage their expectations better.....

Customer Service is Nonexistent
Customer Service is Nonexistent! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS BUYER BEWARE !!! Worst ever, will not answer phone, text, or email. Sent me a Mini bike with flat tire that had a 1 inch slash in it, Parts hanging off it, & it will only run with full choke on! JUNK!!! Paid in full up front so they could care less about you or your problems after the sale. Nice unit if you're looking for something to work on. I"d of bought a used one if I was looking for a winter project JUNK!!! Hope someone reads this before they wast their money with these Shysters. SCAM ALERT!!!

Fast Reliable Delivery
I was genuinely surprised when my ATV arrived earlier than the promised delivery date. It was in perfect condition, and the assembly instructions were clear! I've had bad experiences with other sites, but Motobuys restored my faith in online shopping for big-ticket items.

Mediocre Customer Service
The site offers competitive prices and a great range, but they really need to step their customer service game. Response times was slower than expected, and I felt like I was left in the dark a couple of times. Hope they improve this aspect.

I was skeptical about ordering online, but when i had to return a helmet that didn't fit, the process was seamless. Customer service very understanding and expedient in handling my return. Will shop again based on this experience.

Great Selection, Decent Price
Loved the vast array of products available on Motobuy. The prices are quite reasonable compared to other. I found exactly what I was looking for and my order arrived promptly. A little more communication during the shipping would be great, though.

No titles Can't register them
No titles Can't register them.
I ordered 3 dirt bikes from them and paid $39 extra per bike to get the Dealer Endorsed MCO/Title Processing, so I can register them. Our state requires a title in order to register them for off-road use. I have called and emailed dozens of times and have not once received a call or email back. Not only did I pay $117 for Dealer Endorsed MCO/Title Processing, I paid $3,114 for 3 bikes that can only be ridden on private property, or we risk getting a $79 fine per bike each time we ride since we cannot legally register them for their off-road sticker.

We bought an Iceberg Trike online plus…
We bought an Iceberg Trike online plus 6months warranty. The sales people are great , helpful however, as soon as you get your product, all niceties are GONE !
You cannot get anyone on the phone and when you make appointments for call back as recommended, they call you 4 hours after. The person we just spoke with today was extremely RUDE , no way to run a business. We need parts for the headlights which stops working just a month after we bought it . They DO NOT WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH US AFTER THEY GOT OUR MONEY!!! Useless warranty since we’re buying our own parts and paying the mechanic out of pocket.
Buyer BEWARE in doing business with this company!! We regret buying from them !
