I bought a Biltwell Lane Splitter helmet off Moto-Central. It came well packed, very quickly and is brand new as described.
Great helmet, fits like a glove, looks great, is great.

I ordered an RST textile jacket from them good prompt fast service have used them several time for different products always helpful even offer advice when you call them 👍

Ordered a few bits of starter gear, spent around £200, the delivery was delayed due to a late shipment on my gloves, I was promised delivery within 2 business days but ended up being 7 days due to bank holiday and the shipment delay, so I missed out on some weekend plans but things happen, then after just 1 ride the richa gloves had fallen apart , had to send them back and wait a further week for a replacement pair so not great but the other kit I ordered was high quality.

Purchased a Senna intercom for my helmet. They recommended a compatible unit to interface with existing intercoms I already had, which was then fitted and setup at shop. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful making sure everything worked before leaving which did take over an hour. Excellent service 5stars service

My experience with Moto Central is online. Purely for geographic reasons. I have always found buying from them advantageous financially with simple ordering procedure with very prompt and informed delivery. They honour their price match promise.

Moto Central is truly a hidden gem that has stood the test of time. I first visited back in 2000, shortly after passing my motorcycle test. At the time, I was eager to get kitted out with the latest gear but had very little knowledge about what was available or what would actually suit my needs.

My twin brother, who had also just passed his test, read about a small industrial unit near Hinckley reputed to have a good selection of helmets. Intrigued, we decided to check it out.

It didn’t take long to find the place, and from the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. As a complete newcomer to biking, I was overwhelmed by the options and might have made a purchase based purely on looks. Thankfully, the staff recognized this and took the time to educate and guide me. Their honest advice likely saved me hundreds of pounds on gear that wouldn’t have been right for me.

Fast forward 25 years, and Moto Central still has that same relaxed, family-oriented atmosphere. My wife, son, and daughter have all taken to two wheels, and the first place they want to go for gear is always Moto Central.

When I took my son to get his first helmet, he tried on a few sizes and thought he’d found the right fit. A staff member noticed and kindly offered to help, even though he was just finishing his shift. He stayed an extra 30 minutes to ensure my son was properly fitted, correcting what would have been a poor choice on our part.

A week later, we returned to find boots for my wife’s upcoming track day. The same level of dedication was evident again. The staff member who must have gone up and down the stairs at least 50 times—patiently searched until he found a pair that fit her unique size. A few weeks later, we returned for me to try a one piece one, and he still remembered us and asked how the track day went. That level of personal care is incredibly rare.

To me, this sums up what Moto Central is all about. It’s not just a shop focused on sales or turnover—it’s a team of passionate individuals who genuinely care about every customer who walks through the door.

With the exceptional service and sincere dedication they provide, I have no doubt Moto Central will be here for another 25 years, continuing to support the next generation of riders in my family.

Excellent customer service

Fantastic company, free delivery and return, returns were hassle free and easy (only used this service as I ordered a gift that was slight too small). Website has plenty of choice and very competitive prices. Fab all round!

I am new to riding motorcycles in the UK due to immigration and needed new kit from head to toe. The expert assistance received was invaluable. The time taken from helmet fitment to each individual item throughout was absolutely amazing.

From the date of ordering my body armour to the day it was worn, everything went smoothly, I revived my parcel promptly and very well packaged, the body armour was in perfect condition, looked great as per the advert, it was true to size and fits well.
