Inefficient operation.
An order for a battery charger £34.50 was placed, accepted and payment taken. A week later an email stated error in stock so could not deliver and confirming a refund was made. A week later the refund had not been credited to me. After logging query an email acknowledged error and refund made.

Avoid! Doesn’t deliver order and you’re unable to contact them!
I placed an order with this company on the 11th May, the order was showing a delivery date of the 17-18th May, when the order didn’t turn up I checked the online status, it was showing as ‘processing’ so I decided to leave it a few more days to see if the status changed. After waiting until the 23rd May I decided to get in touch with the company.
Here is where my concerns started, firstly I emailed the company, two days later no reply so I thought I’d try calling them, upon calling their Customer Services number it was answered by an automated line for Getgeared finance department, no one answered the line so o tried several times throughout the day, the last time I left a message with my details and also emailed them again.
To date I’ve still had no reply and still can’t get hold of anyone to speak to, it looks like I will have to take this to a small claims court to try and get my money back!
