The worst company I've ever ordered…
The baddest company I've ever ordered off I ordered fmf silencers they took my money its bin a week still no email to say parts had bin shipped so I emailed them had no reply gave them a call and they told me they would get somebody to call me back then 10 minutes later I recieve an email saying the product I ordered is out of stock
Don't put stock for sale on your site if you don't even have the stock to sell

Encountered an issue and call Motor parts uk.. Communication with them was fantastic. We encountered an issue via the middle man ( parcel force ) due to false attempted delivery… however it was nothing to do with Motor Cross Parts UK. They had sent the item next day as advertised and helped no end to track my parcel down. Sent tracking info etc! Would highly recommend them! Thanks so much for all your help. Parts arrived in time!

Ordered over a week ago and still no…
Revised to 4 stars from 2 as the delivery took over a week and should have been delivered last Friday, it’s now the following Tuesday and I received my package late afternoon. Looks like it’s hit and miss for people on the delivery, for some it’s taking over a week and others are saying next day. I’ll order from here again for sure and will give 5 stars if the parcel is delivered in a timely fashion.

Bike was using a lot of oil
Bike was using a lot of oil, scored barrel was the culprit, I ordered barrel and piston on Monday had the parts by Thursday and rebuilt the bike ready for weekend so no missed riding time. Product is oem quality, vertex piston and prox gaskets so all top quality kit. To have my barrel fixed, buy piston and gaskets plus waiting for a few weeks missing ride time I’d have been better off by 50 quid so was a no brainer. I will use again. Thank you
