Terrible Experience, ruined christmas gifts.
They messed up my order by giving the wrong adress to the delivery company, even though they had the correct one in the order confirmation email that they sent me after the order. The delivery company also didnt reach out to me, and simply just sent the package back to the MG store, after a couple of weeks. In the meanwhile I noticed the problem because I was wondering what was wrong, and I checked the tracking history. After noticing the problem, I tried to contact their support team 3 different times and nobody could explain me anything. Only that they could send me a refund but its christmas presents, I dont want any refund, just wanted to change my adress and I couldnt. Terrible process, very poor delivery and very poor costumer support. The delivery team was LandMark Global by the way.

an update, it's the fifteenth of November and the second package (the reshipment) has been sent to Germany again, and I feel very disappointed. I asked for them to give me my money back, and Im waiting for it. I feel very bad because I really wanted this shirt.

For the 3th time I made contact to MotoGp store. Never got my order and the excuse was wrong adress. I know my adress and confirmed it in the chat. I can get a 30% coupon for orders they will never send. Hahaha.

I ordered a T-shirt that arrived on time, but what I received was completely different from what was advertised on the website. The item bore no resemblance to the product shown, which felt misleading and dishonest. To make matters worse, I had to pay for return shipping due to their error—a frustrating and unfair experience. This is unacceptable, and I’ll never order from this company again. I just hope that I will receive the refund.

Absolutley the worst customer service ever, they lie, they do not respond, they promise the earth and dont deliver, due to a cockup on thier part a part order was sent via DHL although they advised DHL the wrong information and value meaning I had to pay double inport duties after complaining they appologised and promised to send the next part of the order with the customs pre-paid refund my carraige costs and give me a discount voucher, they sent me a discount code, then a few weeks later dispatched the rest oof my order, I got a email from DHL requesting me to pay the inport duties again despite the company promising they would prepay, I complained they appologised said they look into it, a few mails later and still no solution, then unbelievable I get another email from the same person I had been dealing with with a copy of a mail she had recieved from DHL telling that due to none payment of Duties they would return the package to sender, the same girl basically asking me to sort out DHL,
Fact is thier left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing they just leave you in obeyance for you to sort it yourself, I really dont see why I should be over 150 quid out of pocket due to thier cockup

I was scared when i saw all the reviews! I already placed my order so no turning back. The hoodie that I orded took a week to be delivered. That was ok, they did mention it and kept me posted all the time about the delivery status but when it arrived it was way to small. I took a L size and it looked like an S. So in send it back and ordered an XXL instead. 3 days later my order arrived! Great!! The size was perfect this time. Of course I got scared about my return. Will I get my money back, ...? and Yes I did! It took a little bit more than 3 weeks to receive it. I did had a chat with them about my return but they were very friendly. So my experience was actually very good!

Edit: Eventually, they responded and informed me that they will be sending a new T-shirt, negating the need to return the faulty one (although I've already dispatched it and covered the £7 return label cost). I've adjusted my rating from 1 star to 3, and now I'm awaiting confirmation about the £7 return postage reimbursement. In this age of Amazon, I'm of the opinion that the return process should be more streamlined.
