Deceptive and incompetent.
You guys had to call somebody just to do service on a Piaggio Beverly scooter who didn't care to check how much oil goes in the gear box NOR did the dude check the oil level after he did the rubbish job.
I also send a complaint e-mail but it was ignored!
Charlatans you can trust!

ive purchased in store and online. Instore was to try on boots for size ( which i needed to then purchase online as model i wanted not at shop but in warehouse ). tried on another style from same brand in my size. Jamie was fantastic, heaps of good advice and easy to talk to . I am a returning rider ( now disabled ) and had a great chat. He helped me with info to assist me make the right Cardo purchase decision when i do in the future ( and will be from you ). picked up something small in shop for my quadlock setup and ordered shoes from website that were quickly shipped. Cant fault either method .

Prompt service. The garment didn't fit and I used their return portal which made the process seamless. The staff at the other end of the telephone were always super helpful, respectful and provises great service.

The customer service was great, a charging cord was not in the Dainese air bag suit.
They chased it up with the rep and express posted the item.

Part arrived very quickly product well made and fitted perfectly would highly recommend

I waited over a week and heard nothing from them.
Had to contact them to find out the frame sliders were out of stock.
Followed up multiple times every few weeks, ended up taking 3 months to receive the sliders and when they turned up it was the wrong colour.

The pipe arrived quickly and was exactly as described. Fit my Yamaha TTR125 perfectly with no issues. Installation was straightforward, and the sound is awesome – gives the bike a nice tone without being too loud. Really impressed with the quality and how well it performs. Highly recommend for anyone looking to upgrade their TTR125 exhaust!

Easy purchase and delivery

The Kickback Air boots were at a very good price and in the size and colour I needed. I was kept informed about packing and posting (very reasonable $) throughout the process and would happily buy from these guys again. Well done Motoheaven, great experience.

Quality products not always available elsewhere in Aus. The parts available on the shelf were quickly dispatched at a very good rate so that the part that was not available did not hold up delivery. Good communication.
