Just received the order today, good quality & easy to mount.

Ordered and canceled same day, their response was the order was processed however, no response an email for over 24 hours. No shipping label proof of processing. Company still refusing to refund. I’m contacting to reverse card and open investigation. The company lied about processing and sent a link to their refund policy, which basically does not refund charges a 15% restock fee and only wants you to exchange for something else. Poor professional customer service, this company resembles an incompetent scam type operation that collects money and will not hold up to customer service when someone does not want their product. I would advise anyone reading this to never purchase anything from Moto mounts. They have 24 hours to resolve my refund or I’ll blast social media and open an investigation to destroy this company. Note as of this message, they have still not processed the order or refunded my credit card. I’ve sent several emails with no resolve.
Your reply…from the owner is a lie, vs my emails. Wells Fargo has credited my account back the $221 you are attempting to scam!
Your statement that it was in production has no proof or merit.
This company is ac scam operation. There still is no proof of shipment, as investigationed by Card Service Bank!

Ordered and asked to cancel order literally same day or the day after, they dont respond to any mails… feels bad no customer service

I had their mount on a Shoei Neotec 3. The mount started to fail within the 1 year warranty period. I contacted them thinking it would be an easy process as clearly their product did not stand up to real life. Silly me, I thought they would just ship me a new one given it probably cost them almost nothing to make. Nope, they blamed me and said it was user error because my mount was just about less than an inch of where they shown it mounted in some photos on their web-site. I shared another photo on the Neotec 3 page that showed it just like my mount. Nope, doesn't matter. They told me to buy my own tape and fix it up, or they would send me a strip of tape if I paid for shipping. Pathetic response. No intent to cover anything under warranty. They did the hiding behind their own policies of saying that because they can't control how people install the mount, they "can't" cover the 3m tape under warranty. THEY chose which tape to use in their products, they chose to provide the instructions. All of the product should be covered by the warranty. It's pathetic that the mount failed. I had my own 3m tape at the house so I applied it to their mount and put it back on like they said. It failed within a couple of hours. Worthless junk. Also, I posted a video review on their site rating the product 3 out of 5 stars. Within about 24 hours, the review disappeared so you'll see only that their reviews are 5 out of 5 starts.

Update: You can see they do take the time to go around responding to my reviews, a review they removed from their web-site. I've mounted plenty of mounts on motorcycle helmets. This is the only one that failed. There is only so many ways to mount a chin mount. The distance in question is tiny. Also, the reason the adhesive was exposed to the elements in the picture they keep commenting about is because of their failed product. It was not exposed to any elements previously as I never ride in the rain and the camera would block any other debris. Think what you will of their response. I will not buy another one from them.

Totally love the helmet mounts, have always had one on any helmet that I have bought and absolutely love the radar detector audio & visual alert system. It works so well, the piezo speaker is loud enough to hear even at a 100+ kmph and the visual alert is fantastic irrespective of the time of the day. Very simple and easy to install, a simple plug and play solution. Currently have it wired up on my T7 to my DFR7NZ and I know I will get another one when I add another stead to my garage.

I was and still am hopeful for my order to be completed. I ordered my mount on October 8,2024 and was expecting it within the posted timeframe. Since October 16, 2024 there has been no updates on the shipping status and I have sent several emails requesting follow up. It is now November 14th and there has still been no updates. I am frustrated in the lack of responses to my inquiries.

I have ordered at least 4 mounts from motomounts. All arrived into Australia within a week and was of high quality. Mounts are easy to adjust and stay in their position quite well.

I have tried other competitors and brand and they just don’t come up to scratch

After reading other reviews I was a bit concerned about how long the mount would take to be delivered. I ordered from the UK and it took 20 days from date of order to delivery which I think is good considering it had to travel from the other side of the globe. I think it probably takes around a week to be processed as they most likely make to order, then a couple of weeks to ship. The quality of the mount looks really good and fits my helmet perfectly. Overall very pleased!

Do not use this company. I received one of their helmet mounts and it has already broken without even having a camera fitted to it.
I have emailed them and they have obviously ignored my message.
You have been warned.

A great product mine developed a fault and the issue was sorted promptly and efficiently. No complaints

Just short of a month waiting for delivery despite their 3-8 working day promise. So far my mount hasn't even left Auckland Nz. The company are completely deaf to customers and ignored a bunch of messages from me. Update : The product eventually arrived after approx. 6 weeks. Generally good quality, but the retaining nut fell out leaving me to have to repair the mount!

Haven't received mine after almost a month, sent multiple emails with no reply and they deleted my review. Avoid.

I did eventually receive the mount and it does what it's supposed to quite well.

They would avoid all the negativity if they simply communicated more and advise more accurate ETA's

According to Motomounts, they'd ship the mount after 1-3 days, they didn't ship it until 10 days later, nor did they respond to any mails.
I was later told due to their special promo, it took longer than usual.

While It's a great mount and I'm happy with it, 10 days without shipping nor replies to mails is way too long.

Awesome service and quality, and my item was shipped very fast. Very easy to navigate the website and they even take requests for different helmets.
