i ordered a Delphi fuel pump. Order arrived and it was a completely different brand! They had changed my order without my permission and sent me a stark brand fuel pump. I emailed questioning this. This was there response...
We have sent you a Fuel Feed Unit by a different brand because the originally ordered parts were not available. However, the received STARK is an identical alternative. Moreover, it is more expensive. Not only the quality of these parts is good, but they are also known for their reliability and durability ( for STARK is the only brand that provides 3 years of warranty instead of 2 and, that in fact can play a crucial role).

If you are not sure about compatibility, you can always provide us with the following information and we will be able to double-check the suitability:

1. VIN-number of your car (17 letters+digits). You can use the picture attached to find your VIN-number easily.

2. Make, model and year of production of your car. Please, specify whether your car is a left-hand drive or right-hand drive.

As you can see i was told the Stark fuel pump was "more expensive" than the Delphi pump i had actually ordered. What they failed to realise is that 4 weeks before placing this order i had actually purchased a Stark fuel pump from them which failed after 4 weeks. So i have an invoice for the Stark fuel pump. The Stark fuel pump isnt "more expensive" as they claimed it to be. It is in fact considerable CHEAPER than the Delphi fuel pump!! No attempt was made to inform me that they had changed the order without my permission and at no point did they try to reimburse me the difference in price!! THEY ARE THEIVES! after 20 plus emails i have now returned the product to them. On there website its states refunds will be issued "once goods have been returned OR proof of postage, whichever is quicker" i have send proof of postage and asked for my refund quoting what is states on there website. This was the response i received..

The information on the website wasn't updated yet, we forward this to department in charge in order to solve this issue.

MORE EXCUSES...AGAIN!!!!
I was told i would the refund would take 1-3 days. I sent proof of postage 24hours ago so ny rights i should receive my refund within 48hours! If they refund at all! Im sure more excuses will arise! Absolutely shocking company! DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME OR MONEY ORDERING FROM THESE CON ARTISTS!
So it doesnt matter what there website states as they make it up as they go along!!
They are a complete scam!!

Horrible communication with held money from credit card and did not ship the parts the web site will not allow me to fill in the telephone number and all email sent to info@motor-doctor is returned to sender.

Very reasonable postage costs from abroad. Arrived safely and in reasonable time. I chose the cheaper end prices for my item but they have more expensive versions. Have not installed them yet.

Excellent service when I called them up, good prices on some sensors I needed for an Xtrail and finally very good turnaround and delivery.

quick delivery and great prices to UK from Germany for Mercedes 1990 van parts no longer available in any UK Mercedes Commercial dealers!

After a long period of email exchange due to the loss of the parcel, motor-doctor were able to get the courier company Chronopost to pay for the lost parcel and finally refunded me.
Thank you Moto-doctor and in particular Kevin who was always available and did a great follow up.
BTW avoid Chronopost! I chose the nearby post office for pickup and they sent the parcel to a filthy grocery store Rochy market where the parcels were thrown on the floor with some having mouse traps on top, and the guy there had no evidence of the parcels he receives, no document, and was not cooperative at all.

Used their search engine to find some boot gas struts for my car. They sent me the wrong ones and refused a return since I had not contacted their customer support to choose the right parts.... they are also NOT in the UK which means expensive shipping either way... this fact is deceptively concealed as well. AVOID

Took a long time to deliver over a week, courier marked as delivered on Saturday when it hadn't arrived. No apology when I advised it hadn't arrived. I found a significantly cheaper identical part on Ebay in Germany but chose UK as I thought would be quicker shipping to Eire. It wasn't because motordoctor got it from Germany themselves, just a middle man taking a cut.My advice is don't use.

They posted apology on the review and asked for details on my order which I supplied and I heard nothing from them since. It says it all really!

You have a great service, you provide my item very quickly and on time.

apart from the company being based in Germany thats ok with me. But i ordered a part,a week passed (that was the time needed to arrive) nothing arrived. 2 weeks later the item was returning to the seller. Middle of the 3rd week the parcel arrived at the seller i requested a new one otherwise a refund (as i never received the item-postage details were correct). They said that i had to wait 10 working days on top to rectify what happened...instead of sending a new one and apologise for the delay, i have to wait around a month at least for an order. disgusting

They they cheat customers. There is NOT 48h delivery time but at least 2 days for prepare order and THEN 5-6 days for delivery.
Avoid.
