Reliable Service
I can see why these guys have such a good trustpilot score, I had an issue with a speedo cable not fitting and Arnie went out of his way (even over the weekend) to sort it out. Ended up being given a refund for the whole order as there wasn't an alternate cable that fits my classic bike.

Hell Brake lines.
Following an initial mistake with my order, Arnie at Motorcycle products bent over backwards to get my order corrected.
Communication was excellent and all was resolved within a matter of days. He even insisted on refunding the purchase price due to the mix up and any inconvenience caused.
This is a top class business that I would highly recommend.
I would have given more than a 5 star rating if it was possible.

Great company to deal with
Great company to deal with, any issue that arise are dealt with quickly and they respond to any questions ASAP. I'v got around 20 large orders with a variety of different parts and never an issue with fitment to a range of bikes. I'm based in Ireland and order would be received with in a week even after going through customs.

Brilliant
Brilliant! As simple as that. I ordered a few bits & bobs for a Suzuki I am rebuilding. They arrived nice & quick but one of them was incorrect but not a fault with these guys. I contacted them and they couldn't have been more helpful. Replaced the part with the correct no problem. Great service and will deffo be one of the first places I will look for parts in the future. Ten out of ten.

Clutch and Throttle Cables
Ordered a clutch cable and throttle cable from this seller for my Suzuki DR350. Positives are they were priced well and delivered promptly. However, both brand new cables have had to be set at full adjustment - the inners are way too long! I also had to file the nipple down on the clutch cable so it would fit in the clutch arm which also had to be rotated on the spline for more adjustment. The rubbers are also of poor quality splitting easily when being fitted.
With no adjustment left in either cable it won't be long before they're useless. It's unlikely I will buy from this seller again.

Poor customer service !
Poor customer service !! I purchased the right piston and rings for bike tried fitting to the bike and piston was too tight for cylinder. Asked for a refund and got sarcastic emails back saying why would they argue over £16 and saying my cylinder is at fault do not use this company go elsewhere. This is not resolved !!

Firstly, I appreciate your expertise and understand that you have significant experience. Our goal is to provide high-quality products that meet our customers’ expectations, and I do apologise it did not meet yours.
Having asked for a refund when I apologised saying I would ask our supplier to check those piston kits on the shelf, you said you had purchased a genuine kit.
When I again apologised and said fitting a new piston kit to a barrel that was too tight that it would require honing you claimed I was being sarcastic and attempting to avoid refunding.
When fitting a new piston kit that’s too tight in an old cylinder there are a few things you should do. I would suggest you follow this advice before attempting to fit expensive genuine parts and finding yourself in the same situation as before using an aftermarket part.
1/ The cylinder walls should be properly honed to create small crosshatches. If the honing is too aggressive or uneven, it can lead to a tight fit. You must ensure the cylinder surface is clean and free from debris after honing.
2/ You should also set the ring gap correctly. Improperly gapped rings can cause binding within the groove. Follow the manufacturer’s guidelines for ring gap specifications.
3/ Check the connecting rod bearings and ensure they are not causing tightness. Also, inspect the cylinder walls for any dirt or debris that might affect the fit.
4/ Remember, a proper fit is crucial for engine performance, so take your time and ensure everything is aligned correctly!
