Exellent!
I have done 2 trades with MSP, no problems good comunication and quality parts.
MSP or CMS?
Good company but the items arrived in packaging by another Dutch motorcycle parts seller that also has a three letter name. So I don't know who is really the business, MSP or CMS which is a different company altogether.
They are fast and cheap but just not transparent enough.

Unprofessional & Unhelpful
I had cause to order items which originally were listed as being in stock, after purchase I was advised that items listed as in stock were in fact not in stock.
I requested if a substitute part (at the exact same cost) which was in stock could be sent instead, I was advised that this was not possible unless I first cancelled my original order, I felt this was problematic because I would be out of pocket for a period of time and have to pay a second time which I felt was unreasonable. Thus I grudgingly accepted the extra (over a week) dispatch delay.
I also paid for express delivery. shipping was in no way express with the delivery time being FOURTEEN DAYS.
This too I felt was unreasonable considering I had paid for express shipping, I requested a partial refund on my shipping cost due to the fact that is was in no shape of form express and i had to actually collect from the local untrustworthy delivery partner, at this point they started trying to be a smart a** becoming very unprofessional in their replies.
It must also be noted that I fully expect them to reply with how they have done nothing wrong and that everything is my fault, this seems to be a recurring theme on any review that they don't like, where even though THEY are the common denominator everyone else is wrong.
(Edit) As predicted these c....suckers are blaming everyone but themselves.... Funny that
And every part where they are not at fault is a complete and utter fabrication.
The take away is CAVEAT EMPTOR.
