Before buying a moped car, I contacted the company, and all sounded fine. Now, that the car has arrived with a big scratch, its heater died in 10 seconds, window poorly installed, and one accessory missing, the company is not answering phone calls, and you can communicate with them using email only. They say, that they reply after 24 hours, so it will be a loooooong process, I guess.
UPDATE 2025-08-18: The company replied here (not in the email! :D) and requested me to contact them via email. I did it exactly one week ago. I explained the problem in an email, filled in their complaint form, and sent additional info. And then—nothing; their phone never answered, either. So, today, I will request the return of the car and a full refund. I am sad that I wasted about a month on this whole "project" and tons of nerves. I do not understand their point - the problem is minor and could have been solved easily. Getting through the entire return and refund process is a way too big of a "solution" for it. But, with their approach (i.e., the absence of reaction), I have no other option - 14 days are running out fast...
UPDATE 2025-09-05: We agreed to cancel the order and return the goods. We did this via DHL. Now that the goods have been with the company for a week, I do not see any money coming back. Reaching the company by phone and email is impossible—no answers. I have contacted Klarna already (Klarna handles their payments), so hopefully, I will get the money that way, but it will take at least three weeks. I am so sad that I have decided to buy anything from these criminals.
P.S. Your Finnish subsidiary could be the problem here, but that does not make the situation easier for me.

Purchased ATV 49cc vehicle,
it worked about 3hrs and doesn't start anymore. Support tries to put blame on the user.
Included manual is generic poor quality photocopy.
Money totally wasted.
Very bad products, ordered kids bike and atv. Both broke in a week. Sent those back and they wanted to pay 30% less refund for those.
Took it to court and now they have to pay full refund.
Be carefull with this company. Deliveries are late.
Quality of products seems to be really poor. Bearings are the most cheapest chinese quality will broke after 2 hours driving.
Warranty cases are handled poorly. Hard to get contact, sends wrong spare parts, you have to repair everything by yourself etc. They try to avoid everything warranty cases older than 6 months. invoke 6 months fault liability... that can be one reason why they send products 2 months late... only "4 months warranty".
Waste of money!! STAY AWAY THIS COMPANY FELLOWS. DONT MAKE SAME MISTAKES THAT I MADE !!
Dealing with Motorfinland was easy. Queries were dealt with swiftly both by e-mail and over the telephone. The scooter arrived in excellent condition with clear instructions registration included. Highly recommended.
Got the 110cc ATV in a week. Highly waited by children. Lasted about one hour until went broken. Back axels ball bearings dropped out. What a frustration.
