We recently found our new motorhome at Motorhome Depot, we contacted Mike Smith who was very friendly and knowledgeable and provided us with the information and extra photos and video of the vehicle which was very informative prior to an arranged local viewing.
We looked at selling our motorhome privately but only got hassle from dealers so opted for a part exchange from Motorhome Depot who gave us a fair price.
We collected our motorhome yesterday meeting Mike and were provided an excellent handover with him detailing every aspect of the habitation side of the Motorhome. We would have no hesitation in recommending Motorhome Depot.

We have just purchased our new motorhome via Steve Williamson, Motorhome Depot Lincoln Depot. Steve was a dream to deal with. Excellent communication & incredibly helpful throughout the process. Kept us updated every step of the way. Steve collected us from the airport as we had to travel from a different part of the UK he completely took the stress out of collection day for us. Highly recommend.

Great service from Motorhome Depot who after getting a very poor part exchange value for our motorhome marketed our vehicle. Daren and Teresa were great to deal with, being friendly and professional throughout. The sale price agreed upon was almost double our part exchange offer which we thought fair and competitive. I have recently bought a camper van through Motorhome Depot. The entire process felt very secure. The ads are honest and informative. They seem to follow a format which made it possible to compare vans easily. The broker in my case was Luke Phillips. He is well informed and responded very quickly to all my messages. He was also very helpful in arranging the sale and the admin that goes with it. Motorhome depot's one month drive away insurance was also really helpful for the collection of the van. The experience of buying from Motorhome depot was smooth and I am now very happy with my van.

I was cautious at first, buying from someone other than owner of motorhome, but I found the process very positive. Mark Anderson was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful (before and after the purchase), giving no pressure on what is a very big decision. The buying process itself was straightforward (finance on the vehicle paid off and buyer getting balance due within minutes) and the months free insurance was very handy to give a chance to ring around and find a more competitive deal!
Overall I would recommend, as a buyer at least, buying through Motorhome Depot and Mark specifically.

We recently bought a Chausson 640 Premium Titanium from Ian in Norfolk and found the whole process painless and stress free . Good communication and efficiency are key when making a decision and gave us the confidence to purchase without hesitation.

The broker we dealt with, Byran, was very knowledgable and patient with our questions. He sought our further clarification from the owner and got back to us promptly. He provided further information on warranty’s when we asked him about it. There was no high pressure sales tactics and we didn’t feel rushed in making a decision. On the hand over day he was fully prepared and gave us a full walk around answering all of our questions. Even afterwards, Byran continued to support the transaction by liaising with the seller to sort the tracker swap over etc. Thank you Byran. We can’t wait to get some miles under our belt in our new to us motorhome

Grant and Elizabet couldn't have done more to make buying my new, second hand, V-Line any easier. They knew what they were talking about, they did all of the leg and paperwork, they even picked me up from the train station. I'm delighted with the new camper and they contributed to that delight in no small way.
