Michael Register came to assess our VW campervan at our home in Cambridgeshire. We could not fault the process, his friendliness, honesty and genuineness. it was very refreshing to deal with somebody both professional and with high ethical values who we felt we could trust.

As it turned out, we had already arranged for someone to visit the van privately a couple of days later which Michael knew about and they did buy the vehicle. So we did not actually sell through Michael. But we would thoroughly recommend him.

Really easy to do business with, great communication and really pushed the boat out to make the sale happen for me. Reliable and trustworthy. Would definitely use them again.

Yesterday we bought our first motorhome from Bernie & Ariana at Motorhome Depot Glasgow (Glengarnock).
We'd toyed with the idea for a long time but we were understandably cautious as it's a big expense.
We actually stumbled across Bernie and Ariana when another another prospective van from a private seller turned out to be very disappointing upon viewing it.
Ariana met us at very short notice and showed us around the van. She gave us all the time we needed and never pressured us once. She's such a gem of a woman. Just the nicest of people to deal with. We decided we knew we wanted this van and from them we dealt with her husband Bernie. Communicating with him was so easy and efficient. He kept in touch with us regularly and again we never felt pressured once. He reassured us about any queries or concerns we had and if he didn't know an answer he quickly found it out from the owner.
Handover day went really well. He met us from the train station and made us feel relaxed in his office with coffees and biscuits whilst we looked over all the van paperwork. He took my husband out for a test drive which went well and we felt so supported in making our decision and purchase.
We left feeling happy and confident that we'd done the right thing. Bernie has encouraged us to keep in touch if we have any queries or concerns in the early days of ownership which is really helpful.
We hope to have this van for a very long time, but if we ever want another we wouldn't hesitate to return to Bernie and Ariana for their help in finding the right one. Thanks again you two!! X

Alistair was knowledgable, responsive and helpful. He spent time showing us the Motorhome and clearly knew motorhomes. Handover was detailed and he ensured all documentation was available. Payment method was smooth for both me as a buyer and for the seller too. I would use MHD Northampton again.

We had a good experience with Motorhome Depot. Joe was our salesperson; he came to our home, explained everything, and we signed the contract—and a few weeks later, he sold the van. Simple and efficient.

I had decided to sell my campervan, and explored the options available, after looking at the positive reviews,I decided to contact Motorhome Depot to find out more details of how it would all work. It was all very easy and smooth. Bernie contacted me and made an appointment to see the van and talk me though the process. There was no hard sell, and lots of good advice, on how it could be done. Bernie had a very positive attitude, and was transparent about the costs, and why he had arrived at the proposed valuation, and selling price. I agreed a price, and a date that I would drop off the van with them. After that, Bernie and Motorhome Depot did everything else. My van sold in a week, which I was delighted with. Bernie had kept in touch with me over the whole process, and offered me good advice during the negotiations. So, in summary, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Bernie and Motorhome Depot, it was a simple,fair process and excellent service. Thanks very much Bernie.

From our first phone call to Michael Register at Motorhome Depot we felt at ease and when we met up with him just two days later we felt we had known him years. Despite our friendliness, he was the epitome of professionalism and efficiency. He advised on a price which we were more than happy with and even a little surprised given how many motorhomes seemed to be on the market. He achieved that price in just another two days, and one week later having also organised the finance for the buyer, our sale was complete. I had always been dubious of broker style sales but would always recommend Motorhome Depot and in particular, Michael.

Charlie was very helpful, explaining how it works by him selling the motorhome for us, he took photos and a video. And told us the web sites he puts them on. Charlie did all the paperwork. Thank you Charlie
