Motorhome supplies get 5☆ review from me...
We bought a Ugreen 2200w powerbank at the show in malvern at the weekend...
Didn't have stock on the stand to take away so they very kindly personally delivered one to my door in their car (3+ hours drive) a couple days later..
Great product at a great price and a superb service from the staff..can't fault them and will definitely recommend as a company...
Top marks Motorhome Supplies...great service
Happy customer, Darrel.
We had a self levelling system fitted and the service, price and overall communication was 5* not only were the best price they even gave us a loan car for free whilst our motorhome was being worked on.
I would certainly recommend them and Tim and Sam are great. We will be having Aircon and will be back. Definitely worth the 2 hour drive to them.
I have had two activities with this company. Firstly I purchased a satellite dish paid a deposit. Then decided to cancel the order. Sam refunded my deposit without question.
Secondly we decided to have the HPC Leveling system. We are very pleased with the results, the fitting was carried out successfully and we have had excellent support from both Sam and Tim.
Si far we are pleased with the installation and support.
I traveled from Kent to have a semi air suspension system fitted to my Auto-Trail Delaware & it was well worth the trip. Tim & his colleague did a great job installing the system, they were quick & efficient & very informative. Sam (Tim's wife) runs the admin side of the business & was ultra efficient with paperwork, organising the appointment, returning phone calls & replying promptly to emails/text messages.
I would not hesitate to make the journey again to deal with this small but extremely efficient Company.
Worrying practices by this company.
I purchased a Vigorpool Captain 1200 and Solar Panels from this company at the exhibition at the SEC in Glasgow on the 2nd February 2024 and was advised at the time of sale delivery would be on Wednesday 7th February and this would be confirmed on Tuesday 6th February, when I did not hear from them on the Tuesday I contacted them and advised that delivery would now be Friday 9th February, all going well. I indicated I was going away at the weekend and needed the unit, they agreed to send this overnight for delivery on the Thursday. At this point I accepted this change of delivery thinking all would be well. When I received the Captain 1200 it was clear that this was not "NEW" and I suspect this was probably a demonstration unit used at the trade show as it was dirty, scraped, the polythene bag it was In was all ripped and it was packed in a way that no manufacturer would send out, with mains cable just thrown on the top and clearly again used and not a new cable, clearly not the way you expected to receive a new item worth so much.
There were no instructions, no warranty or manufacturer details as you would expect with any new purchase.
When I contacted Sam, the owner I think, the response was not what I would expect, claiming the unit was new despite me sending full photos showing the scratches and other items that were clear evidence of this being a used item but suggested I send this back to them arranging and paying for the return item and then they would send me another unit. Despite complaining that I had already spent over £1250 and only received a second hand unit and could they arrange the courier to uplift this I was basically told no. It was at this point I also said that I hadn't received the solar panels that were part of the purchase and was told that the courier had in fact lost them, I have since contacted the courier who advised me that they in fact only lifted the one box which I assume was the power pack. So clearly another misleading statement from Motorhome Supplies, to date I have still not received a solution to this fiasco and have still not received the missing solar panels. The saga continues, I have now disputed the transaction with my bank, contacted the manufacturer and registered a complaint with Trading Standards in Glasgow and intend to send out details of this company to others in the industry as no customer should be subjected to this kind of poor customer service. This is a true and accurate reflection of my dealings with this company.
