I have been with this company for about 5 years and on the occasions when I have needed assistance their service has been excellent, responding to my breakdown within an hour each time. My van is now 21 years old so I expect my premium to rise each year, but I have never been refused a renewal unlike some companies.Their premiums are still competitive with other organisations and their staff really helpful.
