Great customer service
Great customer service, very polite and helpful team, especially James Gittin from head office and Connor from the Ipswich office.
We were told the car would be ready to drive away when we viewed it, but the service history was not available to view when we arrived (they said they would send afterwards) but this should have been available on the day as we then had to make a second journey to collect (I wasn't happy to buy a car without seeing service history). Overall though a great buying experience and would highly recommend motorpoint for your car purchase. Thank you

Highly recommend
Tom was really knowledgeable and made the whole process stress free from start to finish. I found what I was looking for and didn’t feel pressured into upgrading any deals. I was recommended by many friends to look at motorpoint and would be happy to do the same in the future for others. The whole team were really friendly.

Friendly and helpful
All the staff were very welcoming, on each visit to motor point.
Honest and friendly, not pushy like some sales teams can be.
Cameron was our main point of contact for our purchase and we can’t fault the service we received. He always answered our questions, explained everything in detail and followed up with us.

Great customer service from Connor and Sehran. Throughout the process, I changed my mind multiple times about which car I wanted, and they remained incredibly patient and understanding. Never felt pressured and they were happy to answer all my questions clearly and discuss each option I had available in detailed, which made me fell comfortable and confident about my final decision. Knowledgeable staff
Knowledgeable staff. Friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. The staff made the car buying very simple. Non pushy Sales team which is good I think. We were difficult customers is so far as we kept changing our mind on which car we REALLY wanted. Thus didn’t faze the team who were understanding. Ollie and Cameron dealt with our sale and they were both professional.

Good service. Excellent selection of cars
Was helpful in finding me a car which met my requirements regarding budget. Kept me fully informed over how long delivery would take and when finance had been agreed.
Unfortunately in collection I wasn’t overally happy with how the car had been valeted and was not very clean.
