Can not fault the service we have received from Zac Rottenburg in Ipswich and Megan Tee from Maidstone.
We had the car brought down to Maidstone from Ipswich and upon viewing it we were unsure whether to buy it or not , there was no pressure put on us to buy it and we walked away and decided a day later to purchase the vehicle.
We can not fault the service we received , well done to everyone there in front and behind the scenes and a special shout out to the cleaners who made our new to us car look like new.

Tina was really helpful and friendly and very reassuring given that we hadn’t bought a car for over 20 years. The whole experience was very smooth and efficient and we are very happy with our car!

Very smooth process from the initial valuation on the phone for our car to the showroom viewing and pickup. Staff helpful. Excellent service would recommend.

The service, informations and helping in test drive was so nice. I didn't have to another company to look any more car.

I purchased a used car from Maidstone Motorpoint, as part of the sale the sales team agreed to have the car serviced. The sales team confirmed the car had been serviced and even stamped the service book; the vehicle data shows no service and Motorpoint have admitted they did not service it.

Motorpoint were really helpful, great customer service. I needed a new vehicle reasonably quickly as our last one had a terminal issue.

I found the car with a quick Google search, also realised it was just down the road in Maidstone. I took care of a lot of the finance on the phone with the online team so that it was all pretty much ready to go when I arrived at the new Maidstone branch. I was able to test drive the car on the Thursday, collect on the Friday.

Also Chris gave us some information especially regarding Hybrid cars which we found very useful too!
All the staff at Motorpoint Maidstone were very friendly and we were not pressured to make a quick decision on buying a car.
We are very pleased with our new car, and Darcy recently called to check if all was ok with the it.

At the start delivery of the car was not good waited long time but the staff at maidstone Tina was amazing. When car arrived it had small issues but they sorted it very quickly. I would recommend maidstone branch to everyone .Car seller Tina was always there to help very good at her job .

Josh and Darcey were very helpful and answered all our questions. They were both very friendly and efficient.
We were very impressed with the service we received.

We initially met Darcy who was brilliant in giving us all the information we were after with no pressure to make a decision.
Following that, Josh handled all the negotiations and provided excellent customer service throughout.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Smooth pickup. However I could have had some more info passed to me about the car and how all the items work, the lane assist was a little bit of a shock at one point. A little more petrol for my test drive and drive away would have been helpful too.

From start to finish my experience with Motorpoint was excellent - friendly, efficient and professional.

Chris at motorpoint in Maidstone could not of been more helpful, we test drove 4 different cars and could of taken more out if we wanted, we wanted a 3008 fully loaded and the the only one the company had was in Scotland so they had it shipped down so I could test drive it! You can’t ask for any more than that.
Oh and yes we did buy the car.

I have just purchased a Toyota CHR from motor point in Maidstone and I’m totally over the moon with my purchase. Tina was my advisor and she was so professional and dealt with all the paperwork so efficiently. I even had a nice blue bow on my car when I picked it up. Although the brakes are being changed for me at a later point, there was no trouble in getting this done. I recommend using motor point for any car purchase and I will definitely be going back if I ever need a new one.

The whole experience from going in to the branch to finally driving away with my new car absolutely great, Massive shout out to Darcy Barton who was so helpful and so professional, nothing was too much trouble for him and the whole team was so so nice and friendly and I would throughly recommend this company to anyone looking for a another car.
