Good until sold
Chris gave great service on the lead up and test drive day. Then once we gad confirmed we wanted to buy he pushed to get us to complete quickly so he could hit his months target. We collected with another advisor but the keys batteries hadn't been changed as promised, the air con doesn't work so having to go back already to have the air con system fixed and possibly order a new key! Disappointed to say the least

Sold an unsafe vehicle. Avoid.
Bought a car less than two weeks ago. The tyre pressure light was on when we left the Maidstone site, the salesman assured me he’d checked them all and they were all fine - the vehicle would ‘recalibrate’ on the drive home. It didn’t.
Took it to the garage today to find out there’s a screw in the tyre so it needs a new one. They’ve also said the brake discs and pads are all completely worn and need replacing. Bearing in mind I drove over 50 miles home in this unsafe vehicle.
Absolutely awful and dangerous service that I naively trusted actually check the vehicles they sell before they take your money.

Brilliant experience from start to finish
The Maidstone team were brilliant especially Tina. She allowed me time to look around and they didn’t have what I wanted but found it at another store.They allowed me to take a similar model home to check it fitted my narrow drive. I was never put under pressure. The cars were all immaculate. I will definitely use them next time.
