I have bought quite a few cars from Motorpoint (by changing my mind on some) & have always been treated lovely by the staff. They are always there to help you & I do not feel I was being pushed into buying a car. They understood my needs & what I like/looking for. I will always go to Motorpoint to purchase my car.

No complaints, we’ve got a great car at a good price and a good trade in on the old one. The staff were polite and not in the least bit pushy. I see no reason why we won’t come back to you when we’re ready to make another purchase.

Very helpful, listening to your requirements carefully and making sure that you had a varied choice of vehicles to choose from. Gave all necessary help with the insurance and tax and further queries which required attention. I would highly recommend you pay them a visit ,they made what can be a very stressful experience a very positive one and l am very happy with my new car.

Seems a good car at a good price Arron was very helpful all the way through the process my only gripe was that I had to pay £150 to bring the car up to Manchester and it didn’t come off the price of the car fair enough if we didn’t want the car then I could justify paying the transfer fee

I’ve bought a few cars over the years from Motorpoint and overall the quality of the cars have been good and competitively priced. Be aware though that when I bought I requested a part ex on line which gave a range of 17950 to 18850 and explained what extra criteria you need to meet to get the higher valuation. (2 keys! Full service history etc) My car met all these which the sales manager agreed but still they only offered 18150 because the said this was not a car they wanted at the moment. Misleading. Finally I do wish they would include the admin charge in the price of the vehicle. Whilst it is clear on the website I would rather see an all in price rather than a headline price plus admin. This is a recent change and note that the charge has increased from 149 to 199. All said though happy with the purchase and would use again

Very good experience. The salesperson Fred was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car I was buying.
The fuel gauge was on red but they always put £20 of fuel in, as I had a long journey home I asked if they could put more in and I would pay the difference but they filled the tank without charging me.
