Staff we extremely helpful and not pushy at all. Buying my new car was really straightforward, quick and easy

Sales personnel do not pounce on you when you walk through the door.
You are free to walk around the stock and able to have the keys to any vehicle you are interested in.
All employees are well presented and relaxed in their approach to customers.
The transaction process has become more the responsibility of the purchaser than in previous times, but they are helpful with advice as it is their every day process.

Allow time to view cars with no pressure from sales people, however very approachable when needed to ask question. Easy system to follow, csn access any car of interest and arrange test drive quickly.

I recently bought my new car from Motorpoint, and I wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who helped make the whole experience so straightforward.

A special mention has to go to Lewis Powell from the online sales team. From start to finish, Lewis went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. He was always friendly, professional, quick to respond, and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. He made the entire process stress-free and is a real credit to Motorpoint.

I’d also like to thank Jon at the dealership, who was excellent when sorting out the finance. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the paperwork simple and easy to understand.

Finally, Paige did a fantastic job keeping me updated throughout, letting me know exactly when to expect the car and ensuring I was kept informed every step of the way.

Overall, the customer service I received was outstanding. Buying a car can sometimes be stressful, but the team made it an enjoyable experience from beginning to end. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Motorpoint to anyone looking for a new car. Thank you all once again!

bought a car that was supposed to have been thoroughly checked , trusted Motorpoint to do this properly but should have checked their checking. 9 months later with no motoring issues took the car for an MOT, turns out that the locking wheel nut which was in a bag in the glove box turns out to be an 17mm socket head. Had to pay to have the locking wheel nuts removed by the local tyre shop. Luckily i never ended up at the roadside needing to change out a tyre. Whether this was done by mistake / on purpose or was just never actually checked by Motorpoint will never be proved. my suspicion is for the latter. Do Motorpoint actually check their vehicles or just take them from an auction and whack them out to punters unchecked? Don't believe them check for yourself , not as good as they used to be? I won't bother to go into the saga of the fitting of the dashcams but it was very prolonged and an awful customer experience. Doubt i will use Motorpoint again.
