Extremely slow service, poor communication
We arrived at my scheduled appointment time of 12:00pm, only to be left waiting for 45 minutes while the car was being valeted. Not sure what the point is with having a booking system if you still made to be sat waiting!!! After returning at the designated collection time, I then had to wait a further 40 minutes to complete the vehicle tax and registration paperwork.
We found the service to be extremely slow and poorly organised. Had we been informed in advance that the process would take the entire afternoon, we would have considered purchasing my car elsewhere. We appreciate that some delays can occur, but the lack of communication and excessive waiting time made the experience very disappointing.
Overall, we are very dissatisfied with the level of service we received today and would definitely think twice before returning back here

Why I go back to Motorpoint
Made an appointment to see the car with a view to buying it. Everything was ready and I was given plenty of time to look the car over. Paperwork was quick and simple as finance was sorted. Very good service from Shannon, a star of the future, nothing was too much trouble.

Good sales experience but that’s where it ended. Appalling after sales and complete misdiagnosis of a fault and refusal of warranty repair. I would never ever buy a car from them again after our experience.

Throughout the process, we maintained communication regarding the diagnosis and the recommended course of action, which was agreed to before any work was undertaken.
We appreciate that the eventual outcome was not the one you had hoped for, however the diagnosis and warranty decision were reached in accordance with the terms of the warranty and the evidence available at the time. Motorpoint Norwich. Excellent service from start to finish. We didn't intend to buy a car on the day as just wanted to look at a couple of different cars. We weren't hassled on arrival, just a polite ask what we wanted to look at. Kacey was brilliant, professional and very friendly. Listened to what we wanted and why, took plenty of time to answer all the questions we had about hybrid. Showed us an alternative to what we went to see....and we bought it!! When I got home with my new car I…
When I got home with my new car I noticed that there was no tyre inflation kit, so it was just as well I didn't get a puncture on the 40 mile journey home. Secondly I lifted the bonnet up and the engine compartment and underside of the bonnet were absolute filthy. When I pointed this out to the salesman he said our cleaners aren't allowed to clean under the bonnet. WHY NOT.

Not Rushed Overall fairly good
Very good interaction from the sales staff. Not rushed at all. Very Busy. Upon inspection found tiny dent in the hatch, this was repaired. Got a tyre pressure warning light keep coming on , been back , only to be told they are very sensitive.
So guess i will have to live with it.
