The staff we’re friendly and not to pushy and also very helpful

Great selection of cars, I had no idea what I wanted after viewing my initial choice and finding it too small inside. I was assisted by Tristan and he was a star, we narrowed it down to 3 cars and eventually the one I bought. Part ex’d my old car for a great price, everything went extremely smoothly and would definitely recommend and buy from again in the future.

My girlfriend bought a car from here around 7 months ago , turns out here engine mounting bolts was not bolted in properly and also missing some bolts went through the warranty company which was no help so we asked motorpoint if they could help we told them if the engine would of dropped on the drive shaft she would have no control over the car and something could of happened and when we told them that a women named Claire joked and laughed at her face , then saying they couldn’t do nothing

Not pushed to purchase a car and after sales customer service

It was brilliant the sales person I spoke to first I think his name was JOE. He said go and look around. See if you fancy any of the vehicles and come back and see me. No pressure no pushing sales purchase just a genuine nice guy. I picked the car put a deposit down. Picked it up a few days later spoke to a different gentleman exactly the same experience no pressure paid for the car picked it up. I was in and out in less than half an hour absolutely brilliant service. Well done motor point Swansea will definitely be recommend you to anyone. I know that’s looking for a car. Thank you so much. 👍🏻

Joe the salesman was very helpful and spent time getting me used to the car controls and information system. Overall a good experience.

Ben could not have been more helpful in helping me to find the right vehicle and sorting everything out. Collecting the vehicle however was a different story, it wasn't ready when it was supposed to be, the 12 volt battery had to be replaced and the battery for the plug in hybrid was not charged and we ended up having to come back several hours after the scheduled time to collect it which meant it took most of the day rather than an hour or so.

This was the worst experience of my life. Do not buy a car from this dealer. I traveled 200 miles to collect a car, only to find major issues. For a car costing £19,654, the boot and one of the doors would not even close properly. When I questioned the salesman, he claimed this is a "common fault" on all Tesla Model 3,which is completely untrue.

Before traveling, I asked them nearly 10 times if the car was fully inspected, ready for collection, and fully charged since I had a 200-mile drive home. They assured me everything was perfect. Instead, they wasted my entire day and £50 in fuel. Do not trust this dealership or you will end up in the same situation.

I would highly recommend motorpoint Swansea, amazing customer service so friendly makes your experience so calm and they go above and beyond and any questions you got they will answer them amazing service
