I've ordered some parts for a gras cutting machine, All good in the beginning. Afther a couple of days I get an email from them, regarding my phone number not working. I got in contact with them straight away, they told me they will gonna send the gras cutting blade.
On the same day I got another email (difference off an hour) saying, hi spoke with the guys in the warehouse, they don't have the intem on stock.
Hi asked me about the refund info.
I've sent everything hy need for the refund.
I'm waiting for the refund nearly for one week now, and nothing
I called them, the answer it was, the accounting she is on holiday, hi sent the info too the department an still nothing.
Hopefully I'm gonna get my money back, but it's a bit difficulty.
So guys take care, they take your money, and after it's a long wait for the intem or the refund.
Update, I've received the funds just minutes ago.
