The whole experience of buying a car from Tom at Motorspark was a total pleasure. Professional, completely honest, open and trustworthy. I would not hesitate to buy another car from Motorspark.

I recently bought from Stu and Tom. Brilliant experience from start to finish. I viewed without an appointment but nothing was too much trouble, the car was lovely as described on the advert and had been prepared to a really high standard mechanically and the body work was already tidy. Although the margins were tight they still gave me a great deal and even delivered the car to me the next day.
I can’t speak highly enough of my experience and of both Stu and Tom. If they have a car you like the look of my advice would be to snap it up.

Tom was excellent, super friendly and personable - the car I bought was extremely well presented and the overall car buying experience was stress-free and easy.

I recently bought a car from here, and the customer service I received from Tom both in person and over texts/emails was magnificent. Unfortunately I did have a fault with my car through no fault of Motorsparks and took it to a garage my dad uses to get the diagnoses. When given this diagnoses, I emailed Tom and he offered to take a look at the car to see what they could do. After dropping the car to them on tuesday, they had the issue diagnosed and a solution ready that evening and the part needed ordered for thursday. With the part ordered and fitted, they had the car up and running later that day, and since collecting the car, it has ran absolutely brilliantly. There was excellent communication throughout the whole process and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for a new car

We put our car up for sale through Motorway who put the vehicle on their auction site to a network of dealers. The car was purchased by Motorspark Vehicles Ltd of Spetchley and they were most professional. Tom contacted me to arrange the pick up on a day suitable for us. On the day, he contacted me when he was on the train giving me an estimated time of arrival. On arrival he inspected the car, didn't try to renegotiate the price, completed the relevant paperwork and we received payment into our bank account before he left the house with the vehicle. I was very impressed with his professionalism and he made the whole process effortless.

I bought my second car off Tom about a year ago now I had my mot done and he still provides excellent service if any work needs done .

I've had the fortune and pleasure of being a private, individual customer of Motorspark Worcester a few times now in both buying and exchanging cars. Each and every time, by phone call, in person and messages I've found the owner Tom to be the ultimate professional. He's relatable, down to earth, genuine, honest and a natural. It's never about the hard sell or use of unscrupulous sales tactics many car dealers employ and in my mid 50's I'm all too used to them!

He's an exceptional, honest and friendly individual with both morals and ethics, lacking in many others in the car trade. The site he operates from is welcoming, clean, organised and professional together with his similar characteristic on-site mechanic. I will not hesitate to use his business again,. preferring to use them as my first

Bought my Audi aA3 etron from Tom and cannot rate him highly enough. He was knowledgable about the car, explained everything and was just a really good guy. There was a problem with the AC in the car and Tom stopped at nothing to get this sorted for us. This is all sorted, a blessing right now! Car ( beautiful red Fabia) was just what I wanted, nicely presented , no pressure and no hassle. Just how I like it!
