Do not use!!!!!!

This company clearly take the piss out of people in need. To do a battery jump start is £95, that’s fair do’s, travel, insurance etc, I run a business so that’s a fair price, but when I called up after landing at Stansted at midnight last night I called and he sent me a bill to pay at £220!!! To do the same thing that would have been out of an airport!!!!
Clearly knowing that the car park would charge and while stuck in there and prying on valuable people, some of which would panic and pay being cold and raining etc.
I’m not one to write reviews but these deserve that bad review so people don’t have the piss taken out of them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! CONMAN!

DISHONEST AND OVERCHARGE! Steer clear of this company. They are a rip off scam company who are extremely dishonest. I was horrendously overcharged by this company and I really wish I had seen the reviews on here beforehand. I was originally quoted £250 for a tow, when they got to my vehicle I was quoted £300 which I agreed to as the mileage was a was more than originally thought. However when they got my vehicle to the destination I was told I had to pay £490.00 even though I was told it would be £300 there was no additional mileage this figure seemed to have been plucked out of the sky. THIS COMPANY ARE DISHONEST, DO NOT USE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!

I am writing to express my…

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service I received from Motors Recovery Services. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend using theirs Services.
Firstly, they failed to disclose all costs upfront, resulting in a significantly higher payment than initially quoted. This lack of transparency is concerning and feels like a deliberate attempt to mislead customers to increase their profits.

Moreover, attempting to contact them for a complaint or resolution has been extremely challenging. Their customer service is unresponsive and difficult to reach, which further compounds the negative experience.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Motors Recovery Services to others and suggest exploring alternative service providers who prioritize transparency and customer satisfaction.

Watch Out! Dodgy Company Alert – £150 Upfront and a No-Show

Beware of this company! Our experience with them was less than satisfactory, marked by a request for an upfront payment of £150 during a second call. The individual on the line, who spoke with a foreign accent, insisted on the payment being a "secure transaction." Given our previous encounters with scammers, we exercised caution and requested an in-person meeting before making any financial commitments. Unfortunately, despite their assurance, the representatives failed to show up, raising serious doubts about the legitimacy of their operations. Exercise caution when dealing with this company to avoid potential scams and financial risks.

Scam company beware

Scam company beware, Drivers have no idea what car cover insurance for customers is. They tried to charge £220 but had T&C's in small print that they charger £3 per mile. This would have been a £600+ in recovery costs. When I called back they shyish confirmed this but initially said £220. Someone else then called up with an accent and tried to say they would charge £220 without milage fee. When I asked him how much his vehicle was covered for, he had no idea what I was talking about. All recovery drivers should have insurance for 'Goods in Transit', which means if the recovery vehicle crashes or has a flip, their insurance will cover the damage. These are backstreet cowboys. They have removed their business profile from google businesses so you wont find review
