I ordered based upon the information on…the website

I ordered based upon the information on your website. It took a few weeks and then I heard that the item was not available. Then my order was cancelled. More time passed and I got the money credited back to my account. It was a lot of work, time and emails for basically nothing. I won’t order from this company again

Very disappointed

Very disappointed, I order a slip on titanium exhaust for my 2023 Ducati V4, the correct one. Well when I tried installing it did not work as it should, specially for a 3k dollar plus piece. I reached out to you guys. The ladyI first spoke to was very helpful, she told me their mechanic would call me. The supposedly master mechanic engineer awesome guy he say with super duper experience in Ducatis didn’t help, after sending videos and pictures he still wanted me to do ridiculous things to prove it was not fitting ( you can clearly see it in the videos and pictures I sent of prove). Still have the phone where we talked back and forth for prove. Guy was insulting, questioning what I was doing and my knowledge. Well in the end I had to purchase extra piece of pipe from an auto part to fit the exhaust on the bike. Unfortunately , I will never purchase from this site again nor do I recommend anyone to purchase as well, at least not for higher end bikes.
I could not reply to the comment posted on my review. I want to say that no, you guys did not try at all to resolve my issue( not even an ounce of effort was shown whatsoever). Just because someone contracted me does not mean it was an effort to resolve the issue. Yes I know the last part is somewhat contradicting but the issue was not even tried to be resolved. You guys just say oh well and that was the end of it.

Chain guard

I received the chain guard for my Ducati Scrambler Desert Sled after a slight delay and found the product nicely packed, good quality and easy to install. It also matches the color of my bike. Thank you very much! 808Hi 🤙

Emails

Emails, phone calls, answers all in short time. Unfortunately, I could not purchase what I thought would fit on my motorcycle and they explained it to me. Some others may just take my money and call it good. Not these guys. I have a 2024 BMW S1000RR and will be looking for accessories during the winter months. At motowheels........

W tf is this a real company?

W tf is this a real company?? It feels like I got scammed. I made a 2k purchase and paid for 3DAY SHIPPING about a week ago and still haven't received my sh *t. This is ridiculous. I reached out to these nerds and feel like no resolve is in sight. I bet I'll get the same excuse as the rest below. NOT CHILL. Susan seems like a fake Customer service representative.

Öhlins steering damper

I ordered the Öhlins steering damper for my Panigale V2. The item was shipped 10 days after I placed the order. The steering damper was packaged nicely and in good working condition. It's on my bike now.

It’s been a month and the product still…

It’s been a month and the product still hasn’t arrived. I have to continue to email for updates, sending multiple emails for each response. Completely dissatisfied with the experience. If it doesn’t improve going to ask for a refund.
