I made an enquiry on line to many insurance companies looking for a fleet policy. Many people called took my details etc, I then missed a call I phoned back to be greeted by charlotte, quick chat about my needs and my vans and then a price , purchased that easy , don’t waste valuable time just call Motum and will be done ,

Charlotte was very friendly, efficient and clear about the policies she was offering us. She managed to beat any previous quote we'd had from other insurers and genuinely happy to help.

I asked for help with my insurance with a little over week until renewal. For a lot of brokers, this seemed to be too much hassle but not for Danny!!

Speedy responses, clear questions about what he needed to assess our requirements and speak to insurers and a massive saving on our current renewal terms.

Charlotte has been willing to help us from the get go. We renewed our fleet insurance this year before finally making the decision to have all our insurances with Motum. Charlotte has been the most efficient person I've dealt with during the renewal of my policies and I would absolutely recommend anyone to chose Motum. Very impressed with Motum. From the first day of contact, they provided me with a service that others couldn’t. Charlotte managed to get me the policies I needed and at the best prices. Everything was so easy and she really put my mind at ease. Nothing is to much trouble and the few times I’ve had to call up I’ve managed to get hold of Charlotte in no time at all, which is great and it has a personal touch to it.
