I love this place! Ordered my t-shirt and I’m incredibly happy with the quality and the look of it! Will defo go back!

I ordered a jumper at the end of February and still have not received it. I was told I am not illegible for a refund if it’s been longer than 2 weeks since I ordered yet I have not seen any customers get their products within two weeks, so I feel like that policy is somewhat pointless.
The people from this company that I have spoken to about this have been a bit unprofessional

Absolute scam artists. They message you on Instagram asking you to be a promoter for their brand telling you how good your feed is and the potential you have & all these false promises all you have to do is a buy an item off their page and you can do shoots with them etc. Quite tragic that their clothes aren’t nice enough that they have to trick people into buying it. I spent around £25 on a bang average top that never arrived. They ask you to send your order number as soon as you’ve purchased an item and they’ll add you to an engagement group chat, I sent my order number and was left on read immediately after :) I also emailed their customer service after 2 weeks of not receiving my top and had no reply, 5 weeks after I received my order confirmation I had a shipping confirmation and it’s been nearly 2 weeks since that email and still haven’t received the shirt Aswell as the company unfollowing me on Instagram 🤣 so unprofessional, do not waste your time with this brand & don’t be fooled by their false professional manner in insta dm’s, they clearly prey on Instagram accounts that don’t have loads of followers as they know there will be no repercussions for their actions as even if I told my followers about it that’s only 1000 people compared to their 80k followers. I had to put 1 star but would actually give them 0. Embarrassment of a brand.

delivery says 2 weeks and its been almost two months

Worst experience ever. I ordered my hoodie in February and still haven't got it. I asked for a refund from both Sam the manager and the so called social manager Celine (worst social manager ever as she's so rude and won't even help you). Still not got my hoodie or my refund.

Told me it was going to be 2weeks then told me 3weeks later there was a stock issue, told them I wanted a re fund then 2days later they sent my product out and still haven’t received it

Awful company. Ran by ignorant, horrible people that scam people all the time. Been waiting 3 weeks for an order, no one from the company got in touch as too why, Sam Moulage (the owner) doesn't look at messages or even seem to care about customers, Celine (a manager) is awful with the way that she speaks to customers and handles situations, all parts of this company are a disgrace. Do not buy from this company as you will have your money taken without any order being sent to you and no responsibility being taken by the manager Celine to sort this out. Along with the owner being too ignorant to answer any messages. There's at least another 30 people that these SCAMMERS have done this to. Have been reported to trading standards and I'd suggest anyone else struggling to get a reply or refund of them to do the same.

Awful company. Do not buy from them. I was asked to join there ambassador team, I was up for it so I went and purchased a tracksuit mid feb to start up. I have still not received my tracksuit, I have been chasing the team over and over on Instagram, Facebook, emails. I have now been chasing week after week. I’ve spent £40, and have requested a refund. Sam the manager responded to my first complaint asking me to direct message him, which I did. Then chased him again the day after, to only be continuously ignored. Absolute scam, extremely frustrated as I have been very patient. Have been completely mugged off by the brand. Do NOT buy.

I was asked to join the influencer team which I did... needless to say it was the worst decision ever! Before you even receive your items they want you to engage with their posts daily AND leave a REVIEW ON TRUST PILOT!!!!!! They asked me to accept the terms and conditions of working with them and to officially join the team I have to leave a review on what? A product I haven’t received?? I messaged them and after two solid weeks I got a response saying they need to build brand trust... I have asked and messaged the managers on multiple occasion with no response. Sam moulage the “owner” says he’s stressed with the whole thing..... yet he’s out every day picking up girls and it’s quite clear he’s not exactly bothered about him scamming people.

They have a 14 days delivery policy... I haven’t gotten my order yet and it’s been more than that.

No order confirmation, no shipping notification. The only thing I have to prove I paid for it was the shop pay app by Shopify!!!! Absolutely useless if you want to email or message their Instagram account as they will simply ignore the message or not bother responding.

Score out of 10? 0/10 honestly if there was minus numbers I would rate them -infinity/10

Imagine using instagrams own font to type out a made up word, strap it on a below average quality hoodie that goes bobbly after 2 washes and have the audacity to charge people extortionate prices for it😆 The designs are literally knock off Maniere De Voir!!! Everyone writing good reviews has been given incentive to do so to get money off their next order, they’re “pals” with the lad that owns it or think that being nice to this wannabe Hugh Hefner might get them in with a chance of being a “big time influencer” as promised - OPEN UP YOUR EYES!
Scouts for “influencers” as attempt to pull lasses. Sends the same copied and pasted messages to us all if and when he can be bothered to reply. And if you want a refund - GOOD LUCK

Expectation: a high-quality tshirt from a legitimate, up and coming brand.
Reality: It’s a £3 tee from China ordered in with some £1 print job on the front 🤣🤣
NEXT TIME REMEMBER TO CUT THE LABEL OUT BEFORE YOU SEND IT BRO - THIS BRAND IS A SCAM.
Might as well buy a primark tee and iron your own print on, would save the 20 day wait 😅

Absolutely love this brand, the clothing is top quality and the staff are great.
