Wasn't delivered next day. Contracted seller to chase delivery. They said they email dpd to find out and would call back to advise. No call back. Good price. Lack of customer service once order placed

Apologies that you feel this way.
Unfortunately as you didn't let us know it hadn't been delivered until 16:30 we were unable to get a response from DPD that day.
We also noted that it was delivered the following day but we were not informed of this by DPD until late that day.
It is only possible to communicate with DPD via email and they do take time to respond.
We've tried using all of the major couriers and DPD are the most reliable and have the best end user experience.

Great product but developed a failt…
Great product but developed a fault within 24 hours however changed quickly. Out of pocket because of replacement of unit (fitters fee) which it looks like wont be repaid.

Seems to be ok so far, only using on low speed , no where near as much condensation or mould. Makes it cold around the outlet though, not used heat setting yet.

Nu Aire fitted by myself
Have fitted one of these before. Had trouble this time as the end of the loom that clips onto the ceiling vent did not fit the lugs provided. Tried to bend the lugs and they snapped off!! Apart from that the product does exactly what the makers claim.
