Tanya came to do a damp survey of our house. We had had a few persistent problems, with contractors treating them only for them to reappear. Tanya did a thorough survey of the house, did not rush, and produced a comprehensive report flagging likely sources of damp and suggesting how to treat them. This gave us a plan on which to proceed. Tanya was professional, communicated clearly, and turned up as promised. I would recommend Tanya to anyone looking for advice on damp problems.

Tanya arrived as scheduled and performed a considerably more detailed inspection than I was expecting.
Very comprehensive explanation of issues afterwards, along with advice on managing the problem and a written report.
Learnt a few things that I had wrongly assumed were correct as well.

Tanya did an excellent reviewing of my flat. She gave very specific and helpful ideas to make sure that we can keep our damp problem under control. She also gave us a mould meter so that we can track our mould problem and know where the problems still lie.
