I had a nice man called Craig L. come out to treat my bathroom and living room for mould and to also fit the electricals for an extractor fan (which will be fitted at a later date.) He was very quick and thorough with his job, explained the whole process clearly to me and in general was very friendly and helpful in regards to repair issues I’d been having in the flat. Overall I’ve had a very positive experience with Mouldex!

I was kept upto date with arrival, then was greated by Jeremy who expland what he would be doing whilst here and what he was looking for. The visit did take some time but was very happy how everything was explained and what he was doing in each room. He was so polite and helpful to what we can do until further measures possibly could be put in place .I feel a lot less stressed now I know what's causing the problem . And I'm confident it will get sorted now.

Original visit on 28th October didn’t go very well, engineer wasn’t confident with work and we ended up without a working shower for a week. Not a great experience.
However 03/11/25
Problem has since been resolved after a visit that identified a faulty breaker.

Both guys(Simon and Danny)did a brilliant job, completely explained everything about what they installed. And cleaned up after themselves.

Mouldex has been great for helping to sort out our damp issues. Mindas came out, he was professional and friendly, he fixed a previous issue the previous workman had encountered and did a great job!

Moulded was suggested by Prestige Preservation Ltd and we are so glad that we took their advice. We had a Positive Input Ventilation (PIV) system installed to help condensation and improve airflow and air quality in the house. The work was carried out to perfection and we are delighted with the outcome. The two engineers ( G&L) were professional very pleasant, and explained everything in detail. Most of the work was carried out by G( as he stayed all day) who really went beyond what one might expect, to ensure a great result. Overall an excellent experience and we would have no hesitation in using Mouldex again or recommending them to friends and family.

Jools the operative who attended my property was very polite and explained everything to me about the issue and told me what he was doing as he was doing it so I could understand the issue and what is needed to rectify the issue. He made sure he sterilised everything making my property a bit safer for me to be in but explained that until the issue is rectified the problem I'm having with wet walls and things growing on my walls won't go away.

Had a PIV unit fitted in our attic by Danny . He was very polite and explained what he was doing , he was very professional. There was also no mess . Thankyou very much . I would highly recommend mouldex.

I was very impressed with the service from Mouldex ,from my initial enquiry through to the completion of the works.
I had a survey carried out by Chris and this was comprehensive. Chris took time to explain the systems required. I recommend a survey is carried out and it is definitely worth the money.
I have an older property with 500mm thick stone walls and mould problems. I had continuous running fans installed in the kitchen, bathroom and en-suite, and a positive input ventilation system installed in the loft. The work was carried out professionally and timely. Mat, the engineer, was extremely helpful in discussing each installation, explaining how the systems worked and taking into account my future requirements. I was very impressed with Mat cutting the holes through the thick stone walls with no issues! Mat and Howard were both proactive in getting the job done and clearing up afterwards. The Minor Electrical Installation Work Certificates were provided the day after the work was completed - I have always had to chase these for work done with other companies.
The systems installed are already showing real benefits, eg, no condensation on windows and much fresher air in the house!
I have no hesitation in recommending Mouldex Ltd.
