A word or warning before using. Make sure you actually have a mould problem before agreeing to treatment. We found a small patch of mould, called and were asked if someone in the house has been unwell (yes chronic illness) . Told to not explore further, leave the room and they would be in within a few days to sort. They removed lots of patches of wallpaper/lining paper and couldn’t find any more mould. He did check lots of areas, left us needing to redecorate the room and pay for a mould removal service when there was no more mould found.
Lesson learned

The team arrived on time . They were cheerful and friendly . They removed all the mould from the affected rooms , stripped off mouldy wallpaper and cleaned up everywhere .

They missed a small patch of mould in our living room the first time, but I have to say, they completely redeemed themselves. It’s clear they really care about getting things right, and we’re really happy with how they handled it. Great service in the end!

We've had a mould problem for 5+ years now in our home. We've struggled to find a way to remove it without it always coming back.
