I ordered the Mounja Gummies. It was advertised as a weight loss aid. When I read the label listed on the ingredients are cane sugar, glucose syrup, water, pectin, citric acid, sodium citrate, natural flavoring, natural coloring, starch. At the top it lists 250 mg of apple cider vinegar.
So they are nothing but sugar gummies. Then when I opened the bottle it is nothing but a red glob of jelly like substance stuck to the bottom of the bottle. I have still not gotten my money back. They are liars and thieves and I wish I had read some of the reviews before I purchased.

I've been ages trying to find a way to contact this company its a nightmare ive purchased 3 bottles of the spray im halfway through the first bottle and its stopped spraying nothing is coming out and the top is sealed so it won't open

I got suckered into watching the stupid video that kept promising to name the ingredients in just TWO MINUTES! 45 minutes later I'm still being suckered into watching. I fell for it hook, line and sinker... something told me to ask Chatgpt about this product and that's when I found out I had been SCAMMED. This is DEEPFAKE marketing using AI imaging. I have reached out to cancel and I'm working with my credit card company. I just don't understand how these crooks get away with this in broad day light. NEVER AGAIN.

They won't let you return it! Doesn't work, don't waste your money

Purchased this product and then received a phone call wanting me to buy two other products 'to make it work properly' to the tune of another $1k. I told them I could not afford that and would, therefore, return the entire order. They told me I would pay a steep penalty if I did so, and should try the product. after 5 months, I have gained 5# but have not lost an ounce. You cannot contact the company at all. DO NOT BUY-SCAM!!

I am old school I am still trying to figure out but customer service was very polite they did try to help me. I had some personal issues also our son had brain surgery, and had couple of deaths!Today they are refunding my money!

I was very skeptical, in the beginning. After 1 month of taking it, I didn't really see any results. That was from the last two days of February to the last day of March. It is now the first week of September and I have lost 42 lbs. You must do your due diligence in changing how you eat. You can't overindulge and expect results. I took the drops as a tool to decrease my appetite, and began fasting for 8 to 12 hours a day for the month of April. I could have anything I wanted in moderation. The drops helped a lot when used as a tool, not as a way to think I can eat all day and still lose weight. It suppresses my appetite, gives a little energy. I no longer fast daily. I eat what I want to and expect my weight to correlate to how much I want special treats. I still eat donuts, muffins and chocolate in moderation. In no way do I eat those all of the time.
The drops are sweet to taste. If something doesn't work for me, I will be the first to let you know. But if you're looking for a fix all without making any changes to your eating habits, it won't be your miracle in a bottle. I wouldn't purchase it from the website. As it was more costly there. And they try to upset sale you at every step. Order from a company you trust. If you find a store that sells it at the store, try it. If you don't like it, you won't have a lot of bottles left over. I would at least try it for 3 months. Either by buying 1 bottle at a time or all 3. That is a good amount of time to get your eating habits in check. This is all according to my own experience. Zero Stars if it were possible. Bought 6 bottles, gave three to my daughter. She actually read the reviews and told me it’s a scam. I reported it to my credit card company. They refunded me, Thank God!! Like others have said here, there are NO miracle weight loss options except lifestyle and food changes. The expensive things like Ozempic and Mounjaro are way out of my affordability . But 2lb weights and walking more will help me lose the 30lbs I desire. Beware of anything that sounds too good to be true. It is.

I never received my product. Kept getting notices that my product was shipped, never delivered. Called the company, who said they would resend the product. I am now totally out of product and money. So happy I didn't order more. Don't trust this company

They Oversold the product!I had a Severe reaction,blocked bowel!Tried to return it after I used the first bottle and they kept offering 30% back then 40% back on my money!Then when it cost me$20 to return it,they emailed me,that the product came one day late,from the 61 days!Zero money back!BUYER BEWARE,ITS A TERRIBLE COMPANY!Reporting them to the BBB!

I would give 0 stars if possible. This company is so fraudulent!!! Their return policy on their streaming app is 90 days, on their website is 60 days and when I tried to get my credit card company involved, Mounjaburn sent them different paperwork showing a 30 day policy. THEY HAVE NO RETURN POLICY!!!!!! I have been emailing them for weeks with each response being another offer to try their product. Until the time runs out and then they can just say “too late”!!!!! I never even opened the box. Why would I put their product inside my body knowing they are a DISHONEST company. I hope this review helps others not have to endure the horrible experience that I went through.

Advertise as 100% Money Back Guarantee RISK FREE! Lies, Fraud! I will not stop till I am refunded My over $600 for a product I didnt even use!! Consumer affairs, Attorney general, FBI white collar crimes would love to hear from everyone who has been scammed!

It didn't suppress my appetite, it's a scam

I have no weight loss at all! They convince you that you need to use it over several months for results. I bought 9 bottles! On 1/2/2025 ... I took it exactly as directed in the morning and nothing to eat for 3 hrs! I am on bottle #6 now and no weight loss. I contacted the company and this is what I got back...............

What policy!? I never got that information! Nothing in the box but the bottles! I just taste like liquid sweetener! I am going to see if I can have it tested for actual ingredients ... I feel so violated! ... When I first got it and called for directions ... I should have asked for the satisfaction guaranteed or money from the nasty lady who sounded very foreign .... Definitely a scam! They use American people or maybe AI generated in the video!

DOES NOTHING! Paid through PayPal and even tried to get refunded through them. Denied. Returned as directed got notice it was picked up at delivery site. When questioned them about refund they beat around the bush asking for copies of stuff they already had. By the end of asking for something every time I sent another thing they then said it was past the 60 day time to get the refund and their system wouldn't let them do it. So pissed off! Everything was returned and received by them within the 60 days!! Ordered online through Facebook page.

I thought it was just me doing something wrong and wondered why there was zero impact on my weight. Thankfully, I had only brought one bottle despite their efforts to encourage me to buy more.
Don't be fobbed off with percentage offers. Keep a note of your correspondance and postal receipts and either go through your credit card company or paypal. They will refund all your money and the more complaints they get will affect the company's ability to use online charges. Scammers need stopping.
